thanks to everyone and their, um... condolences... I have to reiterate the fact for something that cost so much they should at least allow you to be able to fix broken parts. Something I've always liked about Japanese toys. WHile this one is NOT a japanese toy, it sets out to be like one. I'm so disappointed that I can't take it apart.

First casualty... the bad thing is I can't recast the part... like I said the shoulder is glued, not screwed together... if any one has any ideas PM me. I wasn't even playing with that part, I was just transforming it. Looking for the Tread connection.
