Max factory is working on a non transformable one thought, right? The one on both displays are the same exact one. I think Bariaburu faita was right about the other stand was the sculptors stand and the other was Yamato. I think we haven't seen Max Factory's yet.

Them's just birthin' hips! Swappable parts? No... Removeable? I'm ok with. I hate the 1/60s but if they made the 1/48 VF1's legs removable and got rid of that hinge, I'd been fine with that. that metal bar seems sturdy without the hinge. If the YF-19FP looks like the pic rusty pictured then I'm getting me one. I skipped the VF-11FP... and I'll skip the YF-19 if it looks like shite again...

Yamato has this wooden mockup of the Garland?? So like you said, they got that all figured out? I think he means there was a wooden mock-up in an art book, likely used back when the animation was in production. Okay. The pics at the top of this thread are not of the Yammie hardsuits. The Yammie hardsuits are smaller and we've only seen Priss so far.

The figure they used is 1/18 scale, but he looked kinda small. My guesstimate would be 1:15.

I have that lineart that shows the guy inside. Also there's a wooden mock up of the Garland. So they had it thought out since back then... Transformation should be feasable.

You can see Yellow without the ride armor on the third pic... It's removeable for sure...
