I always think about how these would look in Maya or Truespace. I bet they would look so stupendous in a realistic looking pics. But I gotta say, you've come a long way from your blocky protos. I hope you can sell your books soon and they'll make a movie so I can see them in action.
I don't think it's that important to match colors. Just get the basic blue and gray and black... his belt buckle has the usual yellow also. Maybe you want to go ahead and get a gloss color for the his helmet visor.
man boobs...
it's so expensive too.. $35 for a figure, and that's in Japan, it would be like $50 here. What pisses me off is they can give Chirico some great articulation but not Miria. Hopefully the Garland pilot will come with the mecha and has good articulation also....
Mozilla Firefox seems to work faster for me than IE on both work and home PC.
YOU TURNCOAT!!!
This guy called me a 'unix dork' for using Firefox a few months ago! I have forced girlie men to drink my unine for less than that.
HUH??? I'm using Firefox cuz you told me to...
It was you who called someone else a Unix dork... I just sent you an LOL...
And what's unine?
I agree, why bother. It's like taking a step backwards.
I like the Matchbox toys though, except the figures. And would have probably skipped this one. But the Galugs and regult looked good next to the 1/55s and the Invids looked good next to the Gakkens.
I was real hard on this show when I saw it the first time because I was a big fan of the older series. But I got a copy of the new series from a friend and I ended up watching it again. After watching the whole show (I only saw the first 2 hours the first time) I gotta say this is probably one of the best produced Space sci-fi. It's what I expected SAAB to be. Now I'm looking forward to the series.
And hopefully more Boomer...
Ouch... I saw you ordered a recast which is what I was gonna tell you to do, but I understand if you want to use the original... like I said... goo gone maybe the way to go.
The recast antennas are just as fragile as the original. I've never broken one off, but I can see how easy it is to. So you gotta be careful either way.
what is it you are trying to do?
I don't recommend splitting the head but if you really have to you have to use a glue dissolver like Goo Gone and an exacto knife... with plenty of patience.
So far, I can't see any hatches or anything, it's even hard to see the articulation. But if you seen their Guyver, it's really well detailed. I'm really unfamiliar with their vynil stuff... but I'd be disappointed if it was in that line.
I saw the Gaogaigar for $180 at a local anime store. That's the die cast combiner.

And the Guyver was $50 (now sold out at F&S) that's ABS/PVC. Pretty expensive for an action figure.
If it's ABS I'm assuming it'll be in the same price range as the guyver. Hopefully... too far to tell...
I hope these are die cast and not vynil, they also did a ABS Guyver I think. Hopefully more news comes out soon. I'm praying for die-cast because it's suppose to be a tank....
here's a little info from behind this robot.... I don't know if you guys can figure out anything. Where is this robot from? There's like 5 of them coming out...
