  1. it's crap...
  2. Unfortunately it's not that easy... the cost of doing it has to justify the intersest on the set. I would hate to get the materials and then have the few people back out just because the price set was too high. I would like nothing more than to get one or two endoskeletons for myself. Aside from that if the few pieces needed to complete the third destroid was made that would mean another color matching job for Rohby. I'm not sure that brown is an easy color to match. I haven't talked to Rohby yet, so hopefully we can get this going.
  3. I didn't say that everyone else sucks... What I said was that the Yamato Q-Rau sucks. Pay attention d00d! Seriously, this is a $50.00 toy at best. They just have these priced way too high IMHO, considering it's lack of poseability, crappy (or non-existent) pilot figure, lack of, lights, or any other bell and whistle type stuff that make the 1/48 Valks worth what they are sold for. By all means, buy em up!. Take one (or two) for the team as Haterist is doing. I'm not stopping you, or ridiculing you. I AM however, ridiculing what is considered by many on these boards to be an overpriced, and substandard toy. Maybe you should pay attention... while you didn't say it sucked, you didn't say any of those things either. I wholeheartedly agree with your second post... but "it sucks, you have to be a desperate fanboy to buy it" is a closer translation of the first.
  4. oh wow... you don't like it, so you have to prove everyone else sucks.. YEAY!!!
  5. Damn Jesse... you've been served!!!
  6. Ghost World was boring, but it was the frist time I saw Scarlett Johanssen... yum! Road to Perdition was a comic book also, by Max Allen Collins
  7. nice! the seat is a defintiely a nice touch. where did you get the standing pilot? http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...0sharpener&st=0
  8. The 1992 Captain America had the best costume aside from the fake ear. And matt Salinger looked the part. The Red Skull looked good also. Too bad they cut the budget to the point where they should have finished the movie. Never seen the Punisher, but I can pass anything with post Pulp Travolta... The Hulk wasn't bad, it just didn't live up to the caliber of the filmamker and the actors. I gotta agree though the 70's Spider-Man with Nicholas Hammond was the worst. It was just Spidey running around. No wall climbing, no swinging. And stupid bracelets. There was also a 70's version of WOnderwoman I posted before... At least the 70's had drugs, low budgets and no CG as an excuse... all we have left now is drugs and that's not a good enough excuse.
  9. Thats way to positive for me....if there were no fighting what would we all do...come on Exo...really.... actually build these models?
  10. I actually put a seat on top for mine....
  11. Yeah, the Thunderclapper combat hovercycle. HG turned it into a pin years ago (I managed to find one on Ebay a year ago). A wallscroll of this pic (colorized) might have been a better choice than the Nurse Dana.... Thunderclapper? Is that what you get after you get a Thunderhummer?
  12. The other cars aside from the Alt Smokescreen and Side Swipe are getting easier and easier to find. I've seen Streak, DeadEnd and Hound almost every time I go to Target or Walmart. There were 3 Tracks when I bought mine... (one left after I left.) and I was lucky enough to snag a Meister while I was there. I wouldn't be that worried about not getting one. It's just sucks that someone would go thru that trouble, it's not even worth what you have to go thru if you get caught.
  13. Not to make this another M7 sucks thread, but M7 coulda used a lot of trimming to make it a more effective story...
  14. Ouch...if this baby is going to be that big and expensive in 1/72 it would be a heap-load of cash in 1/48....look at the size of it....The booster itself is the size of a 1/48....the vehichile more then x2 the length. It would be neat but expensive as heck! He already said he wasn't talking about the booster... let's not fight about which people get's customs made for them... instead we should find a way to be more constructive... let's clone the captain!!! hehe...
  15. Rohby is doing the ghost project right now for Goldenboy. I have another project for him after that. If this thread gets enough interest when all that is almost done I'll take my kit to him... it's gonna kick ass!!!
  16. IT WAS MEEEEEEEE!!! MWUAHAHA!!!
  17. hmmm... top view of this one???
  18. I'm not a big Akira fan either but I thought they did a great enough job bringing the manga to life with the anime movie. And I'm not one of those, don't make any animes into movies die-hards...
  19. looks like you're gonna send one to Canada after all....
  20. just came back from it... pretty fun watch... I'm not a big SMG fan, but she was ok. The ending was totally unecessary though. The movie was just a series of scary scenes after another but doesn't really have a story of it's own. There's a good back story that explains what actually happened to start it all, but it doesn't really explain why Buffy is the focus and there's no resolve. If they made a part 2 and that ties the story up then it'll make me love this movie. All in all, it doesn't realy matter because if you go to get scared then you definitely will. I've never seen the original and so maybe all my questions has already been answered. One of my friends said she won't be sleeping with the covers on tonight...
  21. Loser... I bought mine before the tiniting offer!!! I'm thinking the exchange thing over though... or I might just order new ones!... Dammit... more 1/48s to buy.
  22. the allure of the first raffle, for me, was to have the cap build it the booster for me. That was assurance of the kit being built correctly. I would have bought it in any case, raffle or no raffle. As for having it now, I say why not?... it doesn't hurt anyone, and free stuff is always cool.
