I picked these up from Rohby yesterday. I asked him to make me an extra set of heads so I can display the Millia body from the recently released set. I gooa say it looks great and fits a lot better than the originals, mostly because of it's sturdier nature. The colors are still off, this one is just a starting off set to see how much more colors to add without mixing. But I took it anyway just to see how it looks on the figure itself.

Went to go see it last night... not as good as Amelie but stil one of the best movies this year. They didn't take a dvantage of Audrey Tatou's looks this time around, but the story unfolds quite nicely. I forgotten that Jodie Foster had a small part in this flick, she did pretty well in a French speaking role.

Since they have the Ford license you'd think they'd at least use a Ford-GT.

I know there's some Amelie fans and more importantly Jean-Pierre Jeunet Alien Ressurection fans here. nice!!! Might have to do this to the 1/48... or get a couple of recasts from fulcy... whichever looks better, hopefully Yamato will fix that before they release it. Other than that it looks gorgeous!

big shoulders again... I don't get it... fulcy made shoulder cannons that fit without the shoulder inserts.... They show hikaru jettisonning the GBP in the series, nose cone intact. I don't mind the nosecone removal, if it looks good...

I don't think people understand the question all that well... it's "would it work?" not "will it happen?" yes it would work, the fact is: the voice acting on SDF was excellent the music and songs were awesome both mechanical and character designs were great sure the animation was satisfactory for the 80's but I would spend additional cash on an SE version IF it was ever done. Purists be damned...

Hell yeah I'm not their target market... I don't drool enough when I'm walking... The Alphas are a grade above the MPC Veritechs. Incomprehesible design choices design choices... but a step in the right direction.

Oh so most of the reasons why people like the Toynami is the same reason I hate them... I could care less about 1. Robotech Name 2. Limited production and crappy numbers 3. Known production amount (even though now they are saying they never finished the production run... that means it more rare... what it really means is nobody wanted them) 4. numbered boxes. 5. good marketting?.. it's great marketting!!! With Toynami, it's 95% hype and 5% product.
