actually VE had them for a little less... 1S pre-order i pre-ordered mine through kevin right after i heard the news. the people that got in late on the pre-orders had to pay $134.99. yeah... but that's the preorder price, the ones he got from another contact will be more. I got my order in in the nick of time too...

bad news guys, I just spoke with Soze and he informed that he just sold out on the 1Ss. At least Kevin has some more coming in. I think their prices were the same. Good luck.

Last Exile is my favorite series after Macross now. I'm glad that they don't have merchandise for it though... I would be in so much trouble. Although a nice diecast metal vanship would be cool... Do yourself a favor and get it! My current sig is from the series.

That's funny... Hirohawa and I were just talking about the very subject at F&S. Don't use the Yamato stickers. Get Takatoys or Anasazi ones... I believe Takatoys said he was going to make some for the Alphas as well which is what I'm waiting for. Unless your customizing or weathering your 1/48s, I recommend the stickers over decals because of the very fact that you don't have to spray an over coat on it. Try cleaning off the surface that your applying to. Warm water or an alcohohol swipe would do, let dry then apply. Dust and dirt makes any adhesive less affective.

It's just a guess on my part but it would seem consistant with the way they do things if you ask me. Carl The incorrect info about the original MPCs Veritechs are well documented and have been discussed throughly on this site. For the record, it's been said over and over again that you will NOT need a new Alpha to connect to the Beta IF it was ever produced. The last time it was Tom Bateman that said it in front of the AX Panel and the SDCC panel.
