    Wow. Haven't been keeping up but the stands look incredible. And by look I mean you can barely see them. I just realized I bought a cleaner for my printer that's made for cleaning acrylics. It's called Novus 1 if anyone is looking.

    I think they're just announcing a lot of things to see what sticks. It's speculative 'verse building to copy Marvels' model. But DC's protocol of stunt casting is not as exciting as they think. The way they want to leave everything to Zack Snyder is even less interesting to me.

    It's actually pretty good once you get passed the character designs. Each Motoko has been so different from the one I'm used to that it doesn't bother me. The only one I really wanna see get animated is the comic book version.

    I have this theory that there's a basement somewhere where the real Lucas, Spielberg, Friedkin, De Palma and other good film makers are being kept and doppelgangers are running around making awful movies and hiring Michael Bay. I'm pretty sure they got JJ Abrams half way thru Lost. I think they should check Lindelof's house first but I'm pretty sure there's more than wine in Coppolla's cellar.

    I drew a comic book version of Jurassic Park for myself back then. I guess I was disappointed with the movie because of that but still loved it because of the realistic looking CG dinosaurs. Congo was a great read also. Awful cash in movie. I love buying old beat up leather bound books... not too dog-eared... just worn enough oo read but still looks good enough to display.

    Not a lot of vendors like a regular con, but I've never seen more Macross items for sale in one place. Toys, models, books... There's a video somewhere. Keep in mind that we're also expanding the vendors to their own room this year because of the demand on tables last year. We couldn't sell as much tables as we could have last year because of space.     Looks great. Marvel's been doing a great job lately on adapting the costumes. I just want Thor to have his feathers and Cap to have his wings on the side of his mask. And Hawkeye not to have that lame X-Men S&M leather get up.

    Yup... took it apart. Put the glass together and taped around it. And sandwiched it betwwen other flat shelving panels. I had moving blankets so I wrapped it around the glass as cushions.
