  1. 7 days later... It fracken works! Awesome! Tested on an 1/48 part AND resin.
  2. not only is that a great tutorial, that's an awesome piece of animation. I have a username for that site. I guess I should go there more often.
  3. I'd pay the extra $30 if it's that size. I don't care about the 1/72 scale but it would look damn good next to my Qrau and 1/48s. Hey cap would it cost less to have one without the clear parts? I would want to build one without being able to see the cockpit. Anyway... 2 poseable Regults 33cm tall for an est. $155 please. And only if it stays that big. Thanks.
  4. I guess it never mattered cuz it was KITT who drove most of the time. So who's gonna be in the movie? Bonnie or April?
  5. Ditto... at that size its well worth it... I just need to start scrounging up.
  6. Awesome Jason! Long live the chunky monkey!!! We'll be seeing it at the MWCon right? It already looks like a winner.
  7. I was about to say the same thing. If it stays at 33cm tall put me down for 2.
  8. blah, blah, blah, she needs to get nekked! Don't patronize me!
  9. That's Tony's ex-wife. She was second to him last year. She was kidnapped by the terrorists last year and in exchange they blackmailed Tony into letting the main terrorist escape, which marked him as a traitor. I guess he was put in jail, then pardoned. He became an alcoholic. She left him for that reason.
  10. Dude! you have last weeks episode right here!!! http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...ndpost&p=265408

    Yamato 1/48 VF-0S

    Ewww.
  12. Well if Red Comet was here, he'd act it out for you...
  13. EXO

    Yamato 1/48 VF-0S

Tell that to Convoy and the Scopedog... and those 1/1 anime girls they sell over there... I guess the need warrants space for that...
  14. It think it happened right after he finds out Vader is his father. Oh? I thought it happened after he found out Leia was his sister. But not before you find out that Bruce Willis was a ghost all along...
  15. Oh yeah, props to Howard/Bariaburu Faita who snagged these for me. These sell out pretty quickly and the ones that are not on the sprues are not even offered by HLJ. And the ones they do have on their site have been backordered for a while now. hopefully Yellow Sub continue to make these cuz they seem to be wildly popular in Japan. Thanks Howard!
  16. The only disadvantages to these are they are so tight that you have to know exactly when to pop them together because it's almost always impossible to pry them apart after that. They are completely paintable and should hold up to scratches even after they are assembled. Here are the instructions they come with. If you can't read Japanese the pictures are all you need to show you how they are used. http://exografx.com/yellowsubjoints/data1.jpg http://exografx.com/yellowsubjoints/data2.jpg
  17. And finally, connector pieces that joins two pieces together:
  18. These next ones are parts that connect three joints together. They're really not that usefull to me yet, but the instructions show what they are for:
  19. The next ones are double hinge joints with a metal center connector. Also perfect for elbows and knees or any parts that needs a limited swivel:
  20. The next ones are the double ball joints. Perfect for the super flexible elbow or knee joints. Or hips sockets for small figures:
  21. Here are the sample pieces I decided to look at. I added a ruler next to each scan so you can see the exact size of each piece:
  22. This is a follow up to a review that Fulcy posted a while back. It tried to search for the original thread but failed to find it. Here's a link to his review on his site though: http://www.mechaskunk.com/balljoints.htm As you'll be able to see Yellow Submarine has added a couple of new useful joints to their roster since that review. The ones I decided to try out are the standard ball/socket joints, the double ball/socket joints, and the double hinge joints. The regular ball joints are the ones that fulcy first reviewed, but they released some more different sizes sold as singles not as sets in sprues. As fulcy stated, these ball joints are super durable and super tight. They'll be able to hold up poses better than the usual Wave or Kotobukiya ball joints. Those other brands would surely buckle with heavier resin pieces.
  23. I can't wait for this damn book... but my money can... I'll buy it whenever it comes out.
  24. yeah that was tight! That was Michael Beihn? The CTU team? Naw. But I wish he was.....Michael Biehn is the STEREOTYPICAL Delta Force (Special Forces) Leader. Hehehehehehe. Then they'd have to get Tom Berrenger as the leader of the mercs.
