I agree. it wasn't as funny as I thought it was gonna be. Not only because of Jim Carrey but because I think Tea Leni is pretty funny too. But it just took way too long to get to the crime part. They tried so hard to get the audience to sympathize them turning to crime, what they didn't realize is they didn't have to. I was pulling for them to start sticking up people already. I don't think I would go see either movie again when they come out in the theatre and would not be missing anything if I didn't see them in the first place.

Nick Cage's acting didn't bug me at all in this movie. It's an ok movie, It's more like Blow and less than Scarface or Goodfellas. You know, the rise and fall of a criminal. It's very predictable though, especially if you've seen those movies. Really really predictable. There's nothing that happens where you don't know what the outcome will be. And Jared Leto is forever the most dispensible actor in any movie he comes out in. He's like the red shirt for crime movies. Good actor, but way too pigeon holed as far as roles. For a gun movie don't expect any gun play. There's probably enough gun talk to excite gun enthusiast, but not enough to satisfy the more hardcore knowledgable ones like the ones in the Weapon's banter thread. It's interesting though because we saw an unfinished version. Most of the film is finished but the opening sequence was raw, unrenderred CG of a bullet going from the manufacturer and into the hands of some Middle Eastern "freedom fighter". I'm interested to se the final cut of that scene now but not enough to go see it again. We also saw Fun With Dick And Jane. It was alright, not bust your guys funny, but it was OK.

Is that the one with Jennifer Connelly locked in a Target store after hours? I liked that one also. 318365 That would be correct. 318406 That's the one I want a gif of JC on the horsey ride...

I think it's cool to see everyone make different decisions in this episode, where if Adama was around they would put his blind faith in him. The people in his crew are intelligent and the fact that their leader is unworthy of the status, they all start to form their own idea of what's right and what's wrong. The smartest thing for Tigh to have done was to let go of Roslyn, something Adama might been forced to do, but maybe he could have held her in the brig longer. Another thing is that Adama respected Roslyn's leadership and Tigh didn't understand that. He has back down a couple of times after she has spoken to him and was stern when he believed he needed to. Tigh was hanging on to Adamas last known wishes and was unable to make his own decision. The only time he changed his mind was when Gaeda or Lady MacBeth convinced him and he was in a weak position. I really liked this episode because each one of these characters acted on their own volition. Callie, Gaeda, Apollo, Billy, Dualla, and Baltar had to do things that rounded off their characters and put it passed being 2 dimensional.

Man Michelle Forbes has no trouble finding work, just trouble keeping it. I think it's cool she's going to be on BSG.
-
I told you man... it's witchhunt time.... though I do believe at least one person on that bridge is a cylon.
-
Yeah, after the pregnancy, I wonder how they're going to use her... The only cylon with a lot of lines would be six. All the other ones just show up once and a while. Now that we know the number of Cylons there are on the fleet, it's time for the witchhunt.

Look up RNAi... another proposed cancer treatment that may actually prevent a lot more diseases. Though not perfected yet. Scary stuff though. To think people might one day be able to control genes and cell structure at will...

What? I can't believe people haven't posted after that great episode! Baltar is my favorite character in this show! ****************************** Mild spoiler ****************************** Great developments and definite progression. Tigh is lucky he was sober enough not to order to shoot. And I dont know how much they have left for Grace Park to do...

I took out the battery and then I threw it against the wall... then the store owner called the cops, so I ran out.

Ellen made him drink again. I think the bitch is worse than the Cylons. 317613 unless.... she's one of them... It's a good thing there isn't a network on the Galactica. MWers would be the first to start a mob mentality and start witchhunts against anybody suspected to be a cylon.

Photoshop masters.....we need you!!! 317640 "No! I need to do it because It will be terrible unless they put it in traditional art nouveau colors." 317661 if it aint baroque... don't fix it! boo hiss! *ducks*

I'm actually wondering if the subjet of *THAT* movie will still keep coming up now that the movie has been released... you know someone is going to rent it when the DVD is released and think to himself.... "Waitaminnut!.... "...

I would really love a green QRAU and a DYRL NOUSJADEUL-GER at 1/60 scale.

He said something about midget siamese twins attached at the nipples.

You and Dr. Vandermeer are true MW patriots! LOL!

This might be cheating but Linda Hamilton was in T1 and T2. And the only other actor to come out in all three films aside from Arnold would be Earl Boen, the psychiatrist.(As noted by UNSpacy) Michael Biehn was in T2 special edition. And was in Cameron's The Abyss. Bill Paxton and Jeannette Goldstein were in Titanic. Bill Paxton, Jeannette Goldstein and Lance Henriksen were all in Near Dark. Nothing to do with anything, but Jeannette Goldsein was the female police officer blown up in Lethal Weapon 2 when she jumped on the pool diving board. I guess that would connect her in with Predator 2 also because of Danny Glover... hehe. ok it' a stretch. I always thought he was a man not an android there, haven't seen AVP and don't plan to. But considering the Alien Director's cut reaffirms that the alien cocoons its victims to transmutate into eggs, that would totally negate the Alien Queen in Aliens also.

Anyone that likes to be made fun of is naturally a tool.
