That's because they don't even try to act anymore which is what bothers me the most. People who can act and have great potential to be great in roles but just play a version fo themselves on screen. Colin Farrell is a perfect example of an actor who could be a great actor as he started out but simply stop performing the moment his head got big due to unwarranted popularity. I've already said my piece tho. 343103[/snapback] Yup, another perfect example is Samuel Jackson... who was one of the best ever character actors on screen before Pulp Fiction. His performance in Jade, Jurassic Park, Menace to Society, Patriot Games and True Romance were awesome (yeah a couple of those movies suck, but his acting there were still great)... and as soon as he was recognized for his over the top acting in Pulp Fiction, he just pretty much stuck with it. His only saving grace is that he has enough charisma to pull this off in some movies. But he lost his subtelty after that. He still does well in some movies but he's not as brilliant as before.
