When a SWAT team finds a hole in the ground standard procedure says they should all point their guns and flashlight at it.. leaving them unguarded. Jack reminds her that his name is Paul. Chloe's boyfriend brings in a assassin into CTU, the rest of the team suspects him as a traitor, but it turns out it's all been sanctioned... Chloe shoulda thought twice about accusing him of being a double crossing, no good, assassin's tool... or just a tool. The First Lady is found drugged and her blouse as been "invaded". No one cares that she might have been fondled. She tells the President that someone stole her evidence of the telephone transcript that she talked to President Palmer before he was assassinated. Her nurse is too dumb to put 2 and 2 together, she forgot that she only told one person. Jack deducts that it would be easier going on a wild goose chase, like finding out who ordered the hit on the president would be faster than actually using physical evidence. Of course he's going to be right. Bill Buchanan tells Jack that CTU cant go in and accuse the Chief of Staff of being a traitor. Jack tells him... screw that "I'm not CTU!"

That big pic up top is the tank from the first movie. It looks like a Wonderfest model. The gashaphon in question is or was available thru Yamato. It's part of this gashaphon set... Yamato page I ended up getting this from Samurai Monkey (Rob) I have this fuchikoma model also... it came built, bought it from Goldenboy... trust MW to feed my addiction... http://www.starshipmodeler.com/rv/fuchi.htm I keep hearing that the fuchikoma is a prototype of the tachikoma, but from what I see they're totally different. I would say Fuchis are the manga version of Shirow's intelligent tank and then the Tachikoma is the TV version. Unless they stated it in the anime, which I haven't finished, I haven't seen any proof that they exist in the same universe. Was there even any in GITS 2 comic book series? I gotta check I think I stopped paying attention during issue 3. I like GITS but I'm more an Appleseed fan. But I haven't been on that site forever, Thats an insane diorama. That guy might as well do a live action movie or a stop motion animation short. it's amazing... thanks for bringing it back up.

That's what you get when you disregard lore and origin with respect to the original material. As much as I liked Bryce Dallas as an actress, she's all wrong for the Gwen Stacy role. I usually just say, "I'm not into the OC style story of the Spider-Man films but I live the action sequences" and leave it at that to avoid being a whiny fanboy... but news of bringing in Gwen Stacy now just sounds incredibly stupid.
