There's nothing wrong with Dark Horse. It's the distributors that demand this type of stuff. They didn't use to do the smaller book size format until some chains demanded that they switched so that they can put their books with the rest of the smaller manga books. Now they're just trying to keep up with the demands of the newer market. I've been collecting Blade Of the Immortal for a long time and it looks like they might not finish the line that I was buying because they have to start over with a newer "unfliiped" version.

There's no hate of Robotech on my part since I loved watching it as a kid, what I can't stand is being interested in stuff that I'm naturally drawn to and being let down constantly such as the MPC Veritechs, Alphas and now this show. I can't help making fun of it since it's pretty laughable at this point. But i was geniuinely eager when I first saw the first shots of the MPC... no bias as of yet. I only have bad opinions based on first hand experience, not thru hearsay or anything bandwagonish. Now for the morons Ladic mentioned, i dont know what their opinions are since I'm not one.

Max meant it to be funny, not to make it more family friendly... but it's been 2 years... kinda old already...

I'm waiting for the "due to the lack of interest..." statement release. They should have one of those premade templats for their products, just fill in the blanks for the product that they're cancelling. Geez... judging by the size of that download, it should be 1/3 of the movie already, what kind of trailer is that big?

says it all right there... looks great though. I haven't seen that show since the Philippines... I used to watch that, Planet Of The Apes series, and the Time Tunnel.

I like the Robotech Theme and some of the BGM. What screws up RT music is that it's mostly looped and badly editted. The Macross ST seems like it's orchestrated for the show and is seamed together better throughout. Watch RT again and see what I'm talking about. That's not counting the Reba West singing. DYRL itself is a whole new level. I still listen to that soundtrack once and a while, including Mari's singing.
