Anything RT related will result mediocre things... haven't you guys gotten it? Toys, the cartoons, the comic books... it's just not inspired.

kinda glad I can't afford them. then I can stick to the bigger toys. I don't want to collect 1/100 scale... then I'd have to buy the Toynami... . Actually if Toynami ever releases any enemy mechs like they said they would that would spell doom for me. Cuz then I'd have to hunt these down too. haha.

I would think that space travel was handled like commercial flights, lord knows the last time I tried to buy a private jet I had to seriously consider the type of job I had. Kevin Smith started the whole Death Star workman's comp thing in Clerks 1.

Popbox USES Toynami bodies. That means Toynami manufactures the doll bodies that Popbox uses. Does Toynami own the bodies used? Yes. Did I say Popbox would make the transformable bike? No. Do you understand the relationship now? (You have been corrected.) The problem with Toynami is they are selling cheap toys to a collectable market. So you have the cheap toys at a barely affordable price. But the thing is, most collectors don't want the cheap crap. They'd pay the extra cash to get the toys that have all the bells and whistles. Hot Toys just came out and they took they're licenses and ran. Now they're being distributed by Sideshow. I think if Toynami would stop with the 1/55 and 1/100 crap and just go with the bigger and better mentality it would be easier for them to design this stuff. The only defense they have is making the Alphas at 1/55 so that the beta wouldn't be so big. But I would buy a 1/32 scale Beta even if it costed $250, as long as it wasnt manufactured poorly. It's what collectors do.

Toynami already owns base bodies for 1/6th figures. But if they can't even release the Betas something they already made the sculpt for, how can they even afford to make a 1/6 scale cyclone? But yeah something in that scale would kick ass.

yeah, I think you can take those apart and just get that done... maybe a cheap way to clean it would be to put it in water and buy one of those cheap disposable toothbrushes that vibrate... not sure if that'll do it... they use sonic vibrations also I believe.

Is it the disposable type? The replaceable ink cartridge type can be cleaned. But the way I clean it is with one of those jewelers soak type that uses sonic vibrations to shake the dried ink out into the water. My dad's an architect so he had one.

I agree... swappable ball jointed heads would be cool. Then they can sell other characters like Marlene that don't need armors.

i don't watch a lot of anime, I mostly collect mech stuff and that bleeds into some anime. Honestly, I love old school animation and I don't mind CG like they did in Last Exile. I for one would LOVE Robotech to be good so I can enjoy some good ol' mech style violence. But subpar is subpar. I'm not gonna get all giddy like a school girl just cuz it says Robotech. And honestly, I've met those guys from RT.com. Tommy Yune is a nice guy and is genuinely excited about the stuff. It's kinda sucks to be so hard on their work, but I'm not gonna lie... they have enough fans and friends that surround them that do that. I'd have to say I'm a full on Robotech fan, sure I'd rather watch Macross than RT but I love Mospeada and probably one of the few that enjoyed Southern Cross...

The one cool thing was that Matt can hear both Nikki and Jessica. I love how the writers manages to put people's powers up against each other. No Peter this week... that's good, I don't like it when shows get too involved with one main character and forget about the others.(Lost)
