  1. I guess we're NOT sick of it at all... hehe.
  2. haha, yeah, Yamato is on their third line of VF-1s and Toynami can't even keep their 1/100 line going. By the time they get the fast packs out Yamato will be doing the 1/48s all over again.
  3. they should all have heat shield that dont need to be taken off and yes they have articulated hands... the only ones that don't are the original 1/60 line.
  4. EXO

    Articulated hands

actually, all 1/48s come with the articulated chicken hands... or am I rememberin the M&Ms incorrectly... when it came in the box in fighter mode the chicken hands should be in the arms and the fat mickey hands are in the plastic container.
  5. I think that the 1/48 was a special scale so they could have the VF-1 in a big scale. But I dont think there was never anything planned to follow it up with anything. I'm so glad they did it. There's no way I would ever give any of mine up. But I'm all ready for the new 1/60 VF-1 line and everything else in scale with it... as far as classic Macross.
  6. seems like the problem is within the backpack... open it up and see whats keeping it from closing.
  7. Holy Cow... There's hinges on the leg fins. there's only one reason for that... so the GBP can be correctly proportioned.
  8. I just hope that this time Yamato make the Fast Packs the correct color, just like the original 1/60 Fast Packs... and unlike the lighter 1/48 ones. Also make the GBP the correct scale. Not bigger as in their earlier iterations. The one for the 1/48 must be in 1/40 scale... no stupid fake shoulders! What does VF-0A nose transformation mean?
  9. Whether or not it comes with all that, you can bet Yamato will keep the box size the same as the 1/48s...
  10. the scans are already up... lol... maybe you need some sleep!
  11. I'm into this! I changed my mind about a new 1/60 scale VF-1 way back. Only if they did perfect transfromation and tampo printing, and it looks like this is going to happen. RIGHT? TAMPO PRINTING??? Hopefully this means enemy mechs at 1/60 also... Good for you Yamato!
  12. Kristin Kreuk (Smallville) has been cast as the lead in the upcoming live-action adaptation of STREET FIGHTER:LEGEND OF CHUN-LI, reports Comingsoon. The 20th Century Fox film will be directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak, based on a screenplay penned by Justin Marks. Production will begin in March 2008 in Thailand. Plot Summary: "Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li" is a live-action feature film based on Capcom's video game. The new film is focused on female fighter Chun-Li (Kreuk) and her journey for justice. = I can't wait for her to discover that justice is in my pants!
  13. Welcome Mike... Man if you like those Masterpieces, come over to the dark side. Stop wasting your money and get some Yamatos. It's the crack to your itty bitty coke addiction.
  14. Those are Agent-GHQ's collection.
  15. Well there's something that you can't blame on EXO... hopefully... lol.
  16. Graham Master Flash? LOL... now anytime I hear "white lines" I think of white animated missile smoke trails. And thank goodess I havent heard that song since high school... that and Misa Misa and the Cult Jamming Birds with Full Diamond Force's "Can you feel the beatdown."
  17. This is bound to suck... it looks cool in the cartoon, but people in the same military outfit, in many different outfits is going to look more like the Village People than a top secret branch of commandos... I mean look at what your arguing about already... Scarlett's hair color? GHAAAAY!
  18. Wet T shirt cosplay contest... that's what I'm talking about... err... for girls that is... j/k but seriously we should have a costume contest too. In fact i think I'll get started on making a throphy for that.
  19. Brazil was awesome, but it was still somethng that aspired to Ridley Scott's vision of the future. Something that prolly would have never been achieved pre-BR. Children of Men is easiestly one of the best movies of the last 10 years. but the setting still doesn't compare to Blade Runner's futuristic vision. The sets were great and believable, but offered nothing breath-takingly new. The only one that has came close to it is probably Masamune Shirow's Olympia in Appleseed. But the movies don't represent it at all. I was hoping Chris Nolan's Gotham would take it to a new height, but it didn't. Gore Verbinski is probably someone that could match Ridley's ingenuity. The Pirates movies had amazing imagery... as bad as the sequels were.
  20. I really encourage people to come down for MWCon and stay for SDCC this year. We've got a lot in store for MWCON... more than in recent years as far as customs and with all the new toys coming out people's collection will truly be bulked up. Plus, we have a lot of stuff set for SDCC. 2008 is going to be a good year.
  21. If compared to other movies set in the futuristic where technology has gone out of control, there's none that has surpassed it. And they all try to emulate it. I-Robot, Minority Report, Fifth Element, Brazil, Lost in Space, Matrix, Johnny Mnemonic, Total Recall, Robocop... nothing... nothing has even come close to being this groundbreaking. Maybe Alien if they showed cityscapes... I'm waiting for Cameron's Avatar.
  22. so which one are you getting? Blu-ray or HD-DVD? lol. I'ts probably beyond you, so I wouldn't even worry about it... go watch your Fantastic Four... I'm sure that wouldnt bore you.
  23. Maybe they're remaking Lord Of The Rings... you know it's all about sequels, remakes and franchises. What's better than a sequel remake of a franchise? I can't believe they waited this long ... it's been seven years. They should have Harry Potter do a fly by on Gandalf, cameos and crossovers are cool!
