  1. This guy must be ecstatic. http://www.onesixthwarriors.com/forum/sixth-scale-action-figure-news-reviews-discussion/775611-custom-scratchbuilt-metal-1-6-1977-cadillac-sedan-de-ville-now-finished-5.html
  2. Just like when HG thought they can raise money for Academy because the tabletop games kickstarter did so well.
  3. I'm sure your dad and gramps will be proud. Good luck!
  4. I like the very first colors even though people complained that they weren't accurate. I doubt I'll be playing the anime next to my displays any time soon.
  5. It's highly unlikely that they'd renew the molds or even parts of it, c'mon this is Toynami/HG we're talking about. I think I'd be less angry if these toys were easy to fix. But most of the breaks are in places that are glued shut with no screws or replaceable attachment points. Taking them apart would most likely damage the toy even more because it means prying on cheap plastic. I've bought broken Gakken Alphas before knowing I can take them apart and put them back together. But I cant even do that with my Voltron. It's easier to buy a whole new lion just to replace the leg (of the lion and in turn the whole gestalt.) But how do you put up that much money knowing it's going to crumble in parts? Parts that turn to dust are not repairable. So not only are you putting up money for a dud, you also might want to decide what mode you want it in when you receive it and glue it shut as soon as you open it. I think I'd rather invest on models I have to paint and put together like the wave 1/72 Legioss.
  6. Is that Zang Ziyi as Shi? Did anyone ever buy those books. I bought the first one but didn't think of going back for the rest.
  7. Yeah, that and the crumbly parts are the worst. Not to mention the die cast arms that always weighed the poses down. If you try to close the gap that's when you get the bowed look in fighter mode. Actually I hate these things over all. Sorry, I'm done with official Toynami products. I might look into stuff they license like the Oritoys SD but anything directly from those cheapo's manufacturers I'd take a pass. My Voltron crumbling was the last straw. Well actually I bought the Voltron before I swore them off, but once hat started happening I was reminded what crappy materials they used for these POS's.
  8. It looks articulated. No price as of yet, but from the last thread I think it said it's not as big as the SDF-1 and will come with other items. I'm wondering how it's going to look with the Oritoys SDs.

  14. Sold on the second episode. The first part was so tense, it was great. Anyone have a clue what Chuck's condition/quirk is? Interesting.

  16. You really have to be familiar with Breaking Bad with this show so far... But then again who isn't? Great first episode, I wasn't really sure where it was going until the end. Can't wait for tonight's.
  17. Not really, the article is basically a translation of the press release with a couple of tagged on editorials about other Japanese works currently in the planning in Hollywood.
  18. Gorgeous!
  19. Hey Gabe! Photoshop or illustrator would probably be the best both by Adobe. Not sure about decal company. Hit me up if you need more help.
