ummm... aren't ALL yamato Macross stuff only available in Japan? I want 2 of these and I agree about the side covers. Side covers, neck piece and new gummy pilots... they should always include these from now on.

I'm a completist when it comes to high end stuff. And this is definitely one of them. Plus I hate pop music but I seem to like the Minmay songs (most likely since I dont understand what she's saying.) I kinda like the Yellow sub look more, not as creepy. Maybe I'll give it to my mom... she used to hate the Robotech Minmay songs when I watched it as a kid, this would be a good way to piss her off and add to her doll collection at the same time. hehe.

just found where it says 50cm... that's about a foot and a half... 1/4 scale. Though at Minmay's height that would be 1/5 scale.

how big is large scale. kinda creeps me out.

I saw that pic... it's one with both in the plastic tray, but it's so small I can't tell if they're both facing up or if it's lifted. I have a feeling it can be lifted though, the prototype shows the face behind the clear visor. Maybe they didn't have the faces sculpted. At first the visors weren't even see thru and it seems like such an easy mechanism to design.

I'm sure it'll be packed with detail. Just like the 1/48 and current 1/60 line. I do hope there's a pilot for it though. I cant wait to see the Phalanx.

Just went thru the whole thread... there's absolutely no pic of the visors up at all... I find that kinda weird.

I can't wait to see it then. It's glued together. There's some MW recasters that sold the VF-1S head recasted so you wont have to detroy yours. They look just like the real thing. I'll probably get some done for my custom armor.

just checked out Mr. March's Macross Mecha Manual... looks like the YF25 & the YF-19 are about the same height.

There's lineart of the 171 and the Koenig Monster in Hobby Japan or Dengeki... 1/60 DX Chogokin Monster??? possibly... lol. I guess I should change the name of the thread now that it's official. I suspect we'll need a whole new thread once the actual pics come out.
