    We need a word for senseless gore for the sake of shock. Which I guess would be contrary because the sense would be to shock. But the term is already used by the American rating system because that what it calls the audience that can handle these type of movies. In other words, if you're a highly influenced, immature jerk that would try this kind of stuff in real life, then you should in no way watch this movie. "This film is rated C-17"... I like it.

    David,I know you're a fan of Disney's Frozen, so take a hint from your girl Elsa... you've got a lot of people telling you to calm down already. If it was anyone else that wasn't a mod they would have been less polite. Let these guys enjoy $300 purchase, it's a lot of money, stop spoiling it for everyone else.

    If you're so insistent on the correct color why not bother to learn the Pantone color code and send it to Mr. K instead of posting various images. You are aware that different monitors are calibrated differently and what youre looking at isn't the same exact shade theyre looking at...

    But they passed DC. I'm pretty sure they'll go check it out. But yeah... snoozeville. We get it... Rick very untrusting. I want to know if the writers know exactly what they're delaying from or if there's even something to delay from or is this going to be the ongoing formula from now on. I've been on the check out since the Beth got killed but people here are still watching it.

    I dont think Sony would go for a non Peter spidey at this point. If it was an in house reboot of the Marvel character, maybe. But with the 2 studios mixing it up, a lot of the politics will about how Marvel will hand back the property. I could be biased having never read a non Peter Parker book. But to replace him, it'd be easier to swallow if they did it within a movie where we see Peter lose his Spider-Man mantle. Sony did invest 2 iterations to explain his origins, why would they just throw that away. If Peter somehow dies at the end of Civil War, I can see that happening... but again how would Sony take it when they give Spidey back with a less iconic character.

    Totally different, as in Alien was a good film. I would have been fine with the pure science direction but it was just too afraid again to be it's own thing. They wanted LV-426 but not quite, they wanted xenomorphs but not quite. They were so afraid of going one way or the other that the script went no where. The look was gorgeous, most of the cast was exceptional... the script was a total disaster.

    I love me some xenomorphs, action or horror... but I feel like they keep trying to shoehorn Ripley into it and her chapter's been closed twice already. The studios don't really want a new movie, just a newer version of the old movie... different but exactly the same. Alien was such a fresh look at the a new genre, it's like they missed the point. It's a miracle that Cameron pulled off a sequel but it's time to break the mold and continue with a story that pushes forward. So I'm not so sure about this movie... I remember being excited when Jean-Pierre Jeunet was announced as the director after Fincher.
