I have multiples of 1/48s but not display purposes but from the fear that they weren't going to release any more Macross toys for another 20 years and I wouldn't be able to fix any of them... I didn't want to hunt them down like I did the Takatokus. lol.

Ugh... I can't even laugh at that one because I've done that before. And as much as I'd like to make fun of how outdated the site looks and how it reflects the franchise... hopefully none of the members and employees were compromised. That part isn't funny. It would kill me if that happened to the people here.

Yes! I see it... Like the VF-0 and the v.2 VF-1. There is a lot of space between the intakes and the chest in battroid, hopefully this is a fix. Sharp eye! Ooops... Looks like that feature was already there... I was just to afraid to transform my 1/100 because I noticed the head laser is starting to break off... sucks!

It's plastic now... I think that's just black plastic on that image. The new one looks a bit shiny but it can still be plastic. I'm not sure if it needs metal either unless there was trouble with the FP's, which I never got.

Yup... I just didn't expect such a difference. I liked the original already for the the size of the toy but this is such an improvement from one angle. Need to see more pictures. looks like it...

A DYRL Pilot with a TV helmet... I guess that's what they meant by a mix of both. lol... But the toy is practically all DYRL. I guess no one is ever going to see that if the armor is left on.

Yes, I don't think Yamato ever had an english ad for Macross. Only Toycom and Sunwards...

Sunwards was formed to become the distribution company after Toycom became Yamato (or some people would say split since Sohn left to form Toynami, since HG gave him rights to produce Robotech/Macross toys.) Hikaru's 1J in the series has white goggles (though never fast packs)... people usually want the gray goggles with the GBP armor...

It was after... George Sohn was the VP of Toycom before HG gave out the C&Ds... Toycom was the company releasing the 1/72 Macross Plus toys.

The gall to say but not the brain to figure it out? I mean... I can tell you right now where her crap comes from... but I'd wait to see if he can do the 5 miles Chobot is pushing 40 though... she does look pretty good.

This just solidifies my choice to only collect SDF:M/DYRL lines... the money you save from all the peripheral stuff makes this line easier to consider.
