A seller shouldn't solicit comments from people about their product. If he wants to know about a certain toy (within the realm of MW interests) then he should start a thread in the appropriate forum. But he should also know that it's possible that some people are going to lowball him/her to get the price they want. Just so you know Macrossman. Relevance is fine especially if something seems dubious... but we're getting advice like "maybe you shouldn't be selling at this current market" to douchebags saying "That's never gonna happen." I'd rather if people generally stay out of other people's for sale thread unless it's VERY relevant as compared to MILDLY relevant. And a lot of people here probably has no proper gauge of that so they should really just stay out of it altogether.

no, I don't have the Beagle Stick yet... soon!!! The problem with the Toynami sculpts for me is that they look like characters when American artists try to draw japanese manga/anime characters. They make the nose more pronounced and give it superhero brows. As if the japanese characters made a mistake in their lineart. Sometimes they even give them nostrils. Some japanese designers pull it off like Amano with Gachaman and Samura with Blade Of the Immortal, but when you try to fix things in ways you weren't suppose to, it's just looks off. I think some of the amateurs in deviantart.com can pull it off better than actual comic book pros because they get the manga look. But that Rand head has that American Hybrid look that I can never get used to.

I approve this post! Another thing that bugs me is members that comment in for sale threads that have no intention of buying it, turning it into a discussion thread. The Sale and Trade sections are not discussion threads, it's a section for business. Unless you want to conduct business or if you have proof of bad dealings. If the price is not for you, then don't post on the thread, PM an offer. If it doesn't sell then the thread will die on it's own. No need to bump it up for the seller with no intention of buying. If you want to speculate on prices, do it in the appropriate section.

It's weird that they havent announced the M&M se but totally not worrisome. It makes sense that the line concentrated on the 2 seaters and TV schemes, so that the collectors won't feel like they're collecting the same exact line that they already bought with the 1/48. In fact it kinda makes sense now why they didn't release 2 seaters for the 1/48 line. If people would have completed they collections with the 1/48, why would they even invest in a whole new line? if we had to follow old trek continuity the entire thing would just be a remake. I don't see what was so great about the OG timeline anyway, except trekkies love knowing all the trivial stuff about it.

Free is bad when they give you a year supply of cat food and you don't have a cat. These old projection TVs are so huge sometimes its better to hand them off rather than pay for the disposal. Even if you can't afford a large flatscreen soon, you can buy a cheap 19" computer monitor and a digital tv tuner and it'll be HD. at least your picture will be HD. Unless you have the extra space in your house for that huge TV.
