sorry but I thought Mari Iijima's voice and accent was really painful and the rest of the dub was awful, just like their Gachaman dub. The funny thing is they include a making of the dub recordings like it's something to be proud of and it's just so bad. And I'm not a dub snob... I happen to like the Disney and Adult Swim ones. Mari Iijima might look absolutely milfy for her age but her voice is recognizably not suitable for Minmay anymore. What's the reason for not adding subs on Japanese DVDs anyway? The US add french and Spanish to some DVDs all the time. You'd think that adding an english dub would make sense to get more people to buy it, regardless of where they are.

The only people with that complaint has either never heard of the internet or people that want BW to make the deal with HG, which would be Robotech fans. The benefits that HG can offer would be so minimal.

How would the anime benefit from HG's involvement? They're already done. And have you seen what HG can do with anime? The answer from BW would still be Thanks but no thanks.

I'm against HG and BW hooking up because I don't believe it'll benifit anyone but HG who so far has only supported inferior products. I believe I made this point over and over but here it goes again. It wouldnt mean better prices for us on Yamato products either. I mean look at the Alphas, there's not much of a difference between domestic and Aoshima prices. At the end you'll be able to find any of those on clearance unless the Robotech version goes up in price because they didn't make enough of them, then the Aoshima version becomes the cheaper option. I just as soon prefer that HG keep they lousy low budget mits off premium Japanese products. And HG support doesnt mean anything for these toys. Beagle Mospeada... cancelled... Megahouse... uncomplete... Which company has a complete line? CMs! Which company doesn't have the HG sticker??? 3 guesses and they all start with a "C" and they all end with an "Ms". Overpriced yet still successful. No thanks to HG/BW deal... don't do them any favors.
