That guy is insane... First of all why make it personal like that? Second is, I wish Graham would do the early reviews and the Yamato scoops like he used to. And third, how are you a Macross Collector and be complaining about repaints? Macross is all about repaints. I would probably hate it if all the robots in Macross were different from each other. It's just not believable. And the fact that they have an evolution, like the YF-21 to the VF-22 is so awesome. I can talk crap about every other Yamato line I have bought but their Macross products have been one big blessing to the collection/curse to the wallet. I'm hoping to catch up to all the 1/60 version 2s of the VF-1s, at the same time trying to get all the 21/22s. I would skip them but Yamato makes them so damn well... I still need the 11B and C too.... augh!!! I wish I can turn off the bias... TURN OFF THE BIAS! I know I'm not an anything Macross drone because I just can't get myself to buy the Frontier DX line. But if they design it like Yamato does Macross and the way Beagle did the Mospeada, I'm a sucker for it... That Project BM Keneda Bike and figure are looking so good...

You want it at 5 ft long or are you saying it's 5 ft long, either way you're not making sense. I doubt you can transform a toy that is 5 ft long (or even want one) or if you think it's that big then thats one big helmet... one that you can almost put a pilot in.

Even if they don't have the license, I don't think that there'll much of a resistance for them to get it. The thing thats kinda puzzling is that how would Yamato milk any of these valks? I'm wondering how much a comletely armored VF-2SS would cost. I want one but if the price is too high, it's going to be easy for me to pass it up.

Well you're talking about a strategy that could have gone either way. Release the 2 that will have minimal tooling and molds to make money to make more of the ones that need more cash to make. It happens in any line. But to me I think it was Beagle's unwillingness to fund the project any longer. It was their first venture into transforming toys but found out it wasn't as lucrative as their other lines. Its weird because they spent the money to have Fuke sculpted and they were only 2 toys away from completing the line. Sucks. Major. Balls!

I posted a while back that they get worse instead of better. I thought the blue one was bad QC but I liked it enough to think to get the next one so it'll have the fixes... and that one was worse and foolishly I thought well maybe it was bad luck so I bought the one after... nope... even worse! I gave up. I did buy a beta for my crappy Scott. the rest I sold... And I forgot who I sold it to... but I gave it to you cheap, so no complaints!!! lol. Plus I posted all my frustrations on MW so it was no secret. It's too bad because I really like the design aside from the big clown feet. But the execution is horrid. I talked to the sculptor and I was like... Dude... those alphas have to go! Change the big feet, give the crotch ball joints on the leg and make the fit better on the arms and make them plastic... Youre so close!
