    Doesnt look too good to me. No stylus? Means you have to put it down to write... Defeats the purpose of a pad. Also, no 3G and no Flash capabilities....

    Yes. It'll be the same gray which means the pilot will be gray also, but that's OK since it still has to be painted. But I already modded the side covers so that it secures the arms from swinging downwards as it tends to do. This won't help the cracking issues of the shoulder piece but it probably will prevent wear in the long run if you display your valks in battroid.

    I'm glad I got it... white is a good idea, there's no denying that. But if they are looking to milk the mold some more, gray is the way to go.

    Just got the Blank 1S. So awesome!!! I think it's stupid that they didn't include all the heads and fast packs... Suggestion to Yamato... Blank VF-1s with S, J and A (TV and DYRL) head with blank Fastpacks in LIGHT GRAY. I'll end up getting all 3 versions anyway... but the choice of heads makes it an easier buy. In fact... Blank Valks and Destroids in GRAY. Otherwise, tampo the crap out of the rest of the toys.

    I've always loved the GBP. It was one of my 1/55 holy grail. But as far as being biased to 80's design, I've always hated the Stampede valk and I think that the Frontier version (which is highly stylized after the Stampede) is a lot more elegant. I don't think it has to do with old school preference but I think that the GBP, Thunderhammer and the Messiah armor are all designed pretty well. But Bandai 1/60 representation of the Messiah doesn't capture that at all. The 1/60 version 2 GBP is the best of all GBPs though... hands down! Gotta love that they got it right. I was hoping that the 1/48 version would be the one.

    Award shows are all stupid anyway. It's just a big jerk off machine were they beat the crap out of the same wangs over and over and leave everyone else wholly unsatisfied, like they're not good enough. It's always... "The SAG/Golden Globes/DAG are a good measure of which films are going to get the Oscars..." Then why bother with all these other awards? Have one and be done with it. And in an industry where Raiders, Aliens, E.T. and Empire don't deserve best picture of the year, it's pretty much proof that it's all BS. But I don't blame the winners for getting theirs either. After that, all you need is a big picture of the gold statues on your resume and it's pretty much... "Hire me bitch!" Except Cuba Gooding Jr. I think he sold his at the front steps exiting the Shrine.

    I feel like its a fad. 3D is a gimmick unlike going from stereo to surround sound and from black and white to color. Besides, whats the long term effect of wearing those glasses everytime you watch a movie or TV?

    Yeah, but it's not a movie about any random barbarian... It's CONAN. There's a look attached to the character. That's like casting a fat bald Superman because not all men that are super are brunette and fit.

    Every genre gets old when you look at it as a whole. Spy movies, detective movies, romantic comedies, white boy moves into new territory and must save everyone that lives there movies.

    I love the Evil Dead Movies but for the low budget type factor. It's like when they brought John Woo over, all the sudden you realize how bad of a filmmaker he really was.
