150 million is a lot of money to put into a movie that has limited appeal. You usually put that kind of budget into something that has a broader spectrum of viewers ... Such has Mars Needs Moms. LOL.

You're just asking for it to prove a stupid point. Civil war in Croatia? Are you serious. You win. I tried working with you but you're outta here. See you on your next profile.

GENERAL STATEMENT TO EVERYONE ON THIS THREAD: Let's keep the thread about the general information and keep out the political discussion. We also don't need to learn about physics, the inner working of a nuclear plant and your opinions about the Japanese culture, or anything that doesn't relate to the tragedies that are happening. We don't need to know that you won't be donating for any cause also. Let's keep the thread about the subject at hand and less about you. There's actual people struggling and suffering. Let's not be selfish and think about ourselves at this time. And don't come back to me about how there's other disasters and people in need around the world. We all know why this thread is here on MW. Let's keep things on the intelligent level and not argue about things just for the sake or argument. Thanks.

Who cares if it sucks. You don't read Maxim for the intellectual articles.

I think he was just asking in general as to why so many english speaking people are in Japan.

Yeah the CG looks horrendous. But the mechanical and the cityscape are taken right out of the manga. I wish they would have gone with traditional animation with the characters. Hopefully it gets better.

Sounds like crescent city near San Francisco is expecting the biggest tsunami. Orange county and Malibu beaches are closed. Newport Elementary is closed due to proximity to the water.

Sorry man, that's last year's promo. I don't know why they have it under 2011 but July 2nd this year is on a Saturday and last year it was on a Friday. The surprise guest was Yoko Kanno. -
try deleting your cache and then restarting your browser, maybe even the computer. I've been receiving these even though I had it set not to. I've since turned it off. Let us know if it's still an issue.

Ugh. Eugimon. Stop beating that dead horse already. As I told you on this thread http://www.scifi.com/secret/no-arthurius/forums/BSG2011/topic=90290

It's about damn time Chloe got that space splooge off her nice supple breastsses... And seriously, can't they return her naked? Since when do aliens start caring about modesty? E.T., Close Encounters, xenomorphs, girl from that timeless classic "LifeForce". I never knew 80's aliens were such hippies. Actually there's plenty, we're just hiding it from you because of said CURSE. The rest of us still get the classic SciFi channel,(not that decoy channel Syfy), where there are new episodes of BSG and Firefly still being aired. Sorry dude.

They should have a catchy theme song for the new franchise... Bladerunner! Running on the edge of something sharp! Bladerunner! Something something that rhymes with sharp! It's amazing how I don't get paid for this.

Since it's vinyl, the joint on the shoulders will be by default because it's a point of attachment. Conveniently called "articulation".
-
I'm into it. I'd rather have a britai statue like that instead of rotating shoulders. I dont see the point. His legs can't move anyway because of the skirt. I just want to have it standing next to my valks.

The toy line is full of ships and vehicles. Looks good, should make the furries happy too.

Thread in time for new Hot Toys Bruce Lee figure.

You don't have to explain delays to me man! Put me last on the list. Hope everything goes well.

How many people can't find this amazing book? For an extra dollar or two I'd go get a subscription at Kinukuniya. Maybe I can get mine for free . I'm sure other people here would do it and maybe we can somehow make a dent in making the book more successful. Send me a PM and maybe it'll be worth the trouble. I'd have to go to kinokuniya and see how many I can put on hold also.

OK. Thanks on everyone's input on rights and legalities. For further discussions on the subject please place your comments on this thread: http://www.macrosswo...howtopic=33067. No harm, no foul. Mostly because I'm too lazy to go back and read. Back to the subject at hand. Here, I'll move it after your post.

Dammit. Back to the airport. Came all the way to Japan on the wrong day...

lol. because he's a good enough actor to know that he's not up to the job. That's like saying if Charlie Sheen can pay anyone to f___ why not just f___ himself.
-
RDJ gets director approval and is most likely why Black got the job. I also wish Favraeu stayed but he was rushed with IM2 which he intended for 2011 release, I think he did a prety good job despite, but it seemed like he had the next few movies mapped out. But like Eugimon said, Marvel kept shoehorning the Avengers storyline into it and pressed for the 2010 sequel.
