    cheap ploy to market classic Voltron? Also, maybe to tie the new Voltron to the same universe as the old one for completist collectors. It's be genius except for one thing... the show blows.

    It is personal to you because you have a one note post to this thread and it's "Waaah! I can't haz Comic book storyline!" and you're not gonna stop until people agree with you, even though people have addressed your concern so many times. It's like some sort of vendetta that no one here must like it or you'll keep posting the same crap over and over. People, including myself, have already said that season 2 is lacking but at least they put up reasons and actual observations. But with you it's all "It has to be like the comic book or else..." Or else what? You're gonna repeat yourself to death? Get over it. And that's what I mean by butthurt. Even if you're not, you really sound like it. And if you like the comic book so much why don't you discuss that instead? It's still a walking dead discussion... Instead you want to focus on some dissatisfaction that you want every one to share.

    They called themselves Elephants. I think it's suppose to be irony but also show that the evolution process has taken so long that the nature of elephants has changed. But also it's to reaffirm that Third Earth is Earth but in a far far distant future. My only problem with the new Thundercats, compared to the old one has mainly to do with Mumm-Ra. On the old show I imagined to be like Immhotep, a forgotten powerful sorcerer. But in the new one, it seems like his lineage doesn't go that far back and his origin is more like those people in Stargate. But then again I like the power armor and the Mummra tank... I'm hoping we get some Mummra and some mutant action soon. Too many fillers in a row. Seems like they've been guaranteed 52 more episodes.

    1/60 V.1 and 1/72 YF-21. Biggest meh, while not Macross is the Toynami Veritech Rick. I was so excited to finally get a new valk after decades... never went from High to Low in seconds before... thank goodness for the 1/48s. But until then the Bandai reissues were enough of a lift. lol.

    Just kinda hated him in the first season... but with the last episode I probably would start to put him in the category of the guy you love to hate. haha.

    QoS was retarded and so was Casino Royale to some degree. The director and cast aside from Daniel Craig and a new hot Bond girl don't make sense. This sounds more like a Merchant Ivory revival than a Bond film. They wasted Brosnan and now they're wasting Craig because they're both pretty good Bonds. Someone revive Albert Broccoli, at least his films were fun.

    Yamato has said no How long ago was that "no" from Yamato. Remember when they said NO to the Macross? They won't release a 1/48 2.0 until they realize again that the VF-1 is the cash cow. Wait til the Robotech movie comes out!

    I think they would have done by now, but I could be wrong. It does seem like they finished the Macross Plus line for now and they seem to be on the Macross 7 kick. I'm not sure if they can even sell anything for cheap at this time. The price of the VF-17 scares me into believing that something like the ghost would end up costing about $100. Again, pure speculation on my part. I'm really curious to see how the 17 is going to do and what they're gonna do after.

    Again, after a whole season of being miserable, I don't understand why people that keep comparing the show to the book are still watching. It's as if this is the first ever adaptation they've ever encountered. Most live adaptations don't live up to the original source. Period. That being said, if the critism was comparing this season so far to the last, I have to admit it's been seiously lacking until the last episode. Stretched out storylines and scenes to fill in more expensive scenes. I'm not a HUGE enough fan of Darabont to say that it's his absence that's missed, but I do know that his firing was due to budgetary constraints and I feel like we're starting to see the effects of AMC's penny pinching ways. That robotech analogy is retarded though. Robotech's downfall is that the current "showrunners" are amateurs and pay no respect to it's original creators where this is written by the same guy that writes the books. As much as you may not like the show, and even if itis lacking in a general way, anything that has to do with the new robotech can never be this good.

    VEX is or WAS a dealer so I'm assuming he got it during release time and he just opened a case. I'm not sure if the distributor would take the complaint seriously if that's a the case. SUCKS! Think it's time to crack that case of low vizzes open. Or at least weigh it.

    I feel like the pixelation/blocking is built into the video when it was coded. I played it in 2 different players and it was identical. Am I wrong? VLC didn't work for me either. I switched it to windows media player and it worked fine.
