That's true. Me and my nephew watched the first half of this season straight thru one day and it was a lot of fun. It didn't seem like the Sophia thing was so drawn out. Yeah, Rick was really fast on the draw. Best part of the show and really punctuates the fact that this guy shouldn't be messed with. It's probably why Shane never questions playing second banana to him.

The first thing I'd do when I get a VF-171 is turn it into the RVF-171 Plus.

EXO replied to SCOOPUDA!'s topic in Model kits
Sold my VF-171 to Maiden Japan. If it was the RVF-171, I would have kept it. It's a beautiful kit though and he's just the guy to put it together. -

Not a good episode. Slow and stretched out. One good thing about it was Rick finally showed why he's the guy people should listen to.

That Gosu looks too wide for me. And while I like the Gomu more, the brow on it needs to come down to a point to where it covers the eye about a fourth from the top. I love Iiga and the smaller figures though. Check out Cyclone's page for reference: http://members.optusnet.com.au/~cyc01/mecha.htm

I definitely agree that a doujin would be the most ideal. the online book makers are really expensive so there wouldn't be much room for profit. I just got my 24 page portfolio done and it was a lot for just one book with limited pages. So I'm just offering up as a last ditch attempt.

There's a couple of members that go but you have to keep in mind they're in a hurried state to get their own stuff. The models that are in demand disappear so quick and there's a limit per buyer, if someone goes then your items are definitely on the back burner list. Unless you pay someone to go specifically to hunt your items down. That would get really costly. It's cheaper to wait for things like this to hit Yahoo! Japan auctions or have a toy/model hunter track one down after. and stop calling me JasonC!

Anybody went or going to Mylene Night #01 ~W Mylene Concert?
EXO replied to Knightwing's topic in Movies and TV Series
Just read the new article on the front page. Awesome write up... Hopefully I can make it to her -18 concert. -
Wasn't Ignacio working on the Gosu? I think if I had a decent legioss I would made one by now but it seems that there's more and more people creating for Macrossworld so I'd just wait for the right person to come along and do it. By the way I checked and a Ariel figure would cost about $125. That's not using the cheapest material but the ideal one for character figures. And it would still need sanding and painting. Not doable is what it would look like.

I'll check if no one has by the time I get to it.

It would come with the red 1J, which is something I need. Lol.

Ah sorry. I assumed people here knew because I don't really collect statues and I just didn't feel like reading that far back into this massive thread. The statue is called Sheryl Nomes Last Stand or something according the the translation I got. I think it's a garage kit. I'm on my phone now. I'll put up the link tomorrow if no one else does.

Good news, bad news... Got the fingers to be as tight as I want to them to be... which is the hard but impoertant part. My main concern is to make sure that the chance of the fingers coming loose is greatly reduced and the grip is strong enough to hold the gunpod. Bad news is that the wrist is loose. It's an easy fix but it means another round of tests. If I'm satisfied the next delivery, I'm going to order a whole set for myself and make sure it's consistent. Sorry for taking so long I just want to make sure it works as best as I can get it to.

Again, you're stating things like they're facts... you're adding some truths to you're logic but without knowing the exact events, you seem to like to make it sound like you got reports or something. In the meantime... as I said, products, like Macross and CM's that didn't get aid from anyone outside of Japan made successful runs. Did they do it by keeping their numbers realistically lower than adding a supposed worldwide market? I don't know... I don't pretend to know. But you seem to. I just wish you would show where you got your proof because you seem to be sure of yourself, but all I get is blah blah blah THEREFORE... you should believe. If you only had these convictions for the reviews you make. Maybe you do now... again I wouldn't know... beause I stopped reading them.

Two years too late? What does 2 years do for a demand that's been there for over 25 years? Sure it's niche but like I've always said, the only 2 lines that were never completed were the ones Toynami were associated with, while CMs managed recolors and reissues, even an upgrade for one of their Legioss toys. The Beagle was one expensive toys, but we're seeing today that people are still willing to shell out up to $300 for obscure valks. the rest of the Ride armors had parts already molded. Bartley was the only one that needed extensive tooling. Maybe if Beagle would have gone with their original plans and just stayed with a Japan only market they might have finished all 4 ride armors. That's just conjecture on my part but you're making it sound like your 2 year theory had some market research behind it.
