    It changes the game completely. You can't just starve out the walkers or kill them all. With everyone infected that means it's the permanent state of humanity. When people die they all turn, their offspring turns, everyone down the line is a walker. That pretty much ends all hope unless someone finds a cure.

    That's not so true any more. They use motion capture cameras to shoot the scene twice. One with the stand ins or actors and then a clean so they can superimpose the CG into the same shot. Add in some camera shakes and you have a natural looking shot with no green screen. I'm pretty sure all of the shots with the black suit Robocop will be replaced by a CG version complete with a mechanical hand. The hand is kept free from gloves to make it easier to maneuver the gun in action. You still need green screen for wide sceneries and a moving unrealized background. Or I could be wrong... It looks like from these concept art that they may keep the hand, if it's real. This may refer to the original where they mentioned that they can save the hand while Murphy was still on the operating table. Maybe they'll decide to take it off later on. Keeping IS lame though.

    I can't wait to see the build of on these kits. I've been using Mr. Surfacer 500 for the initial primer layers on the White strong and flexible to sand. And then finishing it off with the 1000 grit to make it smooth. Maybe it'll work with you guys also. Don't forget to blow off the build up powder first and then wash the pieces thoroughly. Good luck!

    It's just regular plastic so it should be easy to paint. But they come in all sorts of colors also. The stands come with differen parts so you can set them up in many different ways and like MichealS said, they even come with a small sign blank so you can put stickers on them. Here's a picture of the adapter with a gun. The gun does touch this adapter but it's able to display with it. The thickness of that wall touching the gun is 3.5mm. I shaved off 1mm around the adapter that's on the store right now so It should have a 1mm gap between the gun and the newly designed adapter. It all depends on the pose. On some poses the pressure will cause a slight bend and will push the gun towards the adapter, but it shouldnt put pressure againts it, it'll just brush up against it. When I get my new adapter I'll take pictures.

    Don't think so. The only armament the Bartley has is the auto bazooka and it has a built in sensor.

    table looks great! I sold off Deunan. Not because I didn't like it or rubber issues, I never even got to open it. I just realized how much I don't like the movie versions. Manga version for me.

    I thought about that too. There's a bunch of rues that are just out the window with the show. Like getting they're blood on you. I mean there's so much splatter on our heroes that they have to have gotten into their mouths and eyes or any wounds they attain during their many battles with walkers and each other.The one thing different about this story though is the idea of shutting the world out won't defend anyone from walkers, because if anyone dies for some reason within the confines then there's always a chance of an outburst attack from the inside. As for the gladiator fight. It seems like a really stupid idea but we've had more inane things happen in societies throughout time. Imagine living with the Mayans for a week where everything is great and peaceful and then they take you to the human sacrifice ceremony. oooh crap.

    Sure thing. That would be awesome! Here's the pics I promised. There's a bunch of dives and climbs, banks... Kind of extreme just to test out the weight of the stand. Even ones where the stand was raised to the highest setting. Kinda ridiculous, it shakes really easy at that point but just goes to show that it can hold it. You just have to find the right slots to put the stand into. I actually only changed it around only once.

    Thanks! We're you the one that bought it already? Do you have those valks I don't have? I just noticed that there's a lot of build up powder in the holes of the part. The stand goes in there further than I initially tested. More stability... will post pics soon

    The stand is pretty sturdy but really light. The great thing about it is that the base is fairly wide on all sides so it doesn't topple over easy. The weak point is the screw hinge at the top where the adapter will go. It'll fold over if the item is too heavy. Good news. I got the adapter today and it fit perfectly on the stand and the Yamato display adapter fits on it well. More good news is that I redesigned my adapter to take off more material and I got it down to 7.90 per adapter. Even more good news is I put together a set of 5 so that it'll be even cheaper at about $6.20 each. The redesign shouldn't matter since I kept the tolerance the same. I just made it straight to trim material. I tried the 1/48 with FP and it folded over easily... That's the stand that wasn't strong enough, not my adapter... the adapter holds pretty well. I'll try out more valks tomorrow. I have the 1/60 VF-1 w/ FP and a VF-22. Unfortunately no 19s and 17s. I gotta figure out who around me has these so I can take pictures of them with the stand.
