NY still up! Already have one from 2011 but the black paint on the nose cone has a scuff so preordered a second one as a back up.

NY doesn't really budge when it comes to changing orders in my experience. I had the YF 29 30th anniversary reissue in the same cart with my VF 171 CF and asked if they could ship the YF 29 when it came out but they said I had to wait for April when CF was released. Not sure why they couldn't do since the shipping charges on each was separate AFAIK.

RVF-25 (on preorder with NY and Otacute) to complete the Valks but how can they really be complete without the super packs and tornado packs? =)

Mine won't ship out til next month when the VF-171 CF is released although both are paid in full. Bummer.

Wow! You guys are right. I'm using safari BTW. Refreshing or even opening up a new page didnt work. Logging out of my NY account fixed it. This sort of glitch may have even cost me the original $151 preorder price now that I think about it....

Bit the bullet on this one as well. Only thing is that I preordered this along with the VF-171 CF in the same cart so I I have to wait til next month when the latter is released to receive it.

I asked him about the Paypal preorder deposit since I didn't want to give my CC details. Here is the response. Hello, No deposit are required at this item. There is an anticipated shortage on this item. We will be comfirming with our suppliers. Henry I'm not holding my breath...

Is that green, black and yellow thing in the back the long vertical fin on the bottom while in Valkyrie mode? I wonder if it's going to fold in while in landing mode with the landing gear out.

Although I frown at NY's FedEx prices, I still chose it over EMS since I continue to have bad experiences with LA customs taking more than a week to clear. Just 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 things from Japan which shipped the same day. One was EMS and one was SAL. The SAL one arrived 2 days before the EMS one even though it arrived 10 days earlier in LA. Til things improve with customs in LA, I'm ok paying for the higher price of FedEx.

Well, I would not be surprised if most of us receive an email from hobbyfan stating that our orders have been cancelled due to supply issues. I got that from BBTS with the VF-25S and had to pay $260 from another retailer in a mad scramble to source one.

Yikes! Going up pretty fast but still not too bad. Got this and that hobbyfan preorder. Lets see if HF can deliver the goods or be another BBTS.

IIRC, it was exactly like the VF-25G. Preorders opened,closed and reopened again. But of course with some sort of markup. Not sure where they get their stock, but hey, I'm glad that they do!

I'm not. It was the same situation with the VF-171EX, VF-25G, VF-4. AFAIK, every member who preordered received their item. I know I did.

I just bought those parts about two weeks ago on Ekizo Mandarake for $156 plus shipping. Slightly used though.

I don't like the battroid or gerwalk either. My favorite is still the original VF-1. Still remember how I was in awe as a kid when the VF-1D suddenly sprang arms and feet. Then finally changed into battroid. That was it. I was hooked.

EMS. I usually have no problems with EMS' speedy delivery except this once wherein it was held in customs for 9 days. This was LA. Most members here whose packages didn't go through LA got theirs within 5 days I think.
