    Makina already mentioned how bad of a shape his bird comes back in. In front of him. I think the crews are are use to it now. I don't think Hayate has much of a paycheck left. Whatever he makes is taken back to pay for his bird.

    The VF-31s should have active stealth. I saw it as optical camo like the Drakens to hide any markings if someone caught a visual on their approach.

    I think we're a little early to declare Delta anything. I'm definitely not feelin' the music when these girls sing together. Solos? Yes. As a group? Needs work. 7's music worked from the start. Delta, not so much.

    If the VF-31 transforms the same way as the YF-30 (which it likely does), then the hands get tucked into pocket in the lower part of the legs so there would be storage space for ammo. What I'm wondering about is the guns rotating. The ammo feeder has to rotate with it (not the storage, the feeding mechanism). Patience. IIRC, we never got any real specs for the VF-25 until a few months into Frontier.

    Quick-view. Will watch again later. Some of the cel-shots look poor. Looks like the secondary animation is starting to get farmed out. My stance on the music remains the same. JUNNA by herself is good. Ms. Suzuki's solo is good. But mixing everyone's voices still needs work.

    Agreed. I'd rather have fewer productions than be peppered by a new TV show/OAV/movie every 6 months. Some of them may be good, but the dull ones start outweighing the whole franchise.

    Freyja should have been kept back. Kaname as team leader was fine. Mikumo seems the best at keeping a low-profile so she would have been fine. MakiMaki and ReiRei could have gone either way. Complications may have forced one or both to go into the field so that was a toss-up. Either way, the story called for them to be out there so who am I to judge.

    Assuming the galaxy didn't expand since Protoculture died off. I'm wondering if the revolutionists triggered the WMD because the UN was getting too close to what they were doing in that city. And I wonder if the Windermereans might do the same on Voldor.

    Bogue is a hair taller than Theo/Xao. Bogue's height is 1.74m. Thao/Xeo are 1.71m. A perspective shot would explain Bogue and Herman (who appears to be a forehead taller than Bogue in earlier eps).

    OK, my aging ears are only partially bad. Good to know. Still, the ranking structure of the Aerial Knights probably deserves a revisit when more info comes out.

    Yeah, somehow I'm thinking we're getting the translation of the Aerial Knights ranking wrong. They should be following a knighthood, so-to-speak. The way Bogue calls out to Keith, I'm getting the feeling he's calling him "Sir Keith" (something-Keith-sama, which would be something-Lord/Master/elder Keith, but you get the idea).
