Several months ago Production I.G. stated that they extend SAC's to 52 episodes. ahem...I think he´s talking about M0 , not GITS:SAC. GitS:SAC has licensed by Bandai since it was still in pre-production. More exactly, Bandai helped produce it.

I don't know if prohibiting the discussion of fan subs is the right thing to do, although MW walks an odd line between what kind of piracy discussion is 'okay.' iMacross and bit torrent digisubs discussions are okay, but Kazaa stuff isn't? Fundamentally the problem with fansubbing is that it involves a lot of ego; always has. Thus we get problems like the trolls coming here just to complain about the Infusion guys, I think you misunderstand. I am referring to fansub discussions like the one we have regarding Infusion/AOnE/etc/etc/etc that is bringing the ego into the discussion. Discussion of fansubs ain't the problem. It's the ego/drama that's coming with it in that thread. Leave the new-age fansubber ego/drama at the door or don't come in at all. Is that so hard? Judging by that thread...apparently so.

It's the C/K sound. Asuka is the proper spelling. However, it could be spelled ASCA or ASKA depending on how you spell the "ka"/"ca" sound.

Yep yep. Had a very long talk with a buddy of mine (getting his PhD in physics ) a while back and that comes about close to what I remember us discussing. And unless we go from 0 to x times light speed or vice versa, then no we won't be pancakes, in atmosphere or space. IIRC, my buddy told me 20 Gs is like bashing your head against a wall once. And if NASCAR drivers take 100 G spikes when crashing and still live, then what we've seen is correct, except for Guld in M+ movie. My buddy said to me that scene was just anime magic.... Yes it is difficult to tell with screenshots. Watch the scene and pay attention to the object I've highlighted in the screenshots. It is a fighter (whether VF or Ghost, I don't know...I can't tell, thank you exploding destroid...)
