Difference? Detail. MGs have more details and have a lovely internal (semi-internal) frame. The HG 1/100s are easier to build, not as detailed and good for a novice builder. The HG 1/60s are okay. More complex (larger, more parts), a few more details than the HG 1/100s but not that much. It also has a few more gimmicks like light-up parts but not as complex as a MG. It a few notches lower than a MG only due to size and more parts than your standard HG 1/100. mmmkay.....

Considering the rest of their stuff are HK bootlegs, the answer would be, yes.

Well, as the woman said, let's cut through it. You have 2 commanding officers. One who's decided to fall back and live, survived an assasination, and above it all, not rush head first into a very bad situation. Then we have the other one who's stripmining everything she gets her hands on and will most likely engage the entire Cylon fleet just to die a glorious death. We have 2 very strong opposing POVs and in the end, only one can continue because we can't continue this arguement forever. Someone's gotta give. We gotta give credit to Roslin's character. She sized up a lot of bad situations pretty well. At the beginning of the series, she called for a retreat. Why? Well, you can't fight a war without soldiers. It's probably a good idea to regroup and come back when you can actually fight. Cylon agent? She sized him up pretty good. Saw through his mind games and blew him out the airlock. Kobal? Well, if you are going to regroup, you're gonna need a place to do it and you kinda need to know where to do it first. Now this. You've got 2 people who are willing to go to war with each other over petty things. Solution? One of them has got to go. And as she told Adama, you better do it before she does it to you. And you know she will. After thinking about it, Roslin's character is actually pretty useful.

Rumor. The only details we have is there will be a 3rd Seed production (specifically said like that). We don't know if means a 3rd season of Seed, a movie or even a OAV. Most people are saying it's gonna be a 3rd TV series, but we're just gonna have to wait on that. If it is a TV series, then we will probably hear something in May/June/July, especially if it's going to come on in 2006. Otherwise, we wait. It could be an OAV, in which case, it could be out whenever. It could be a movie. At this point, it's all speculation. Akatsuki is coming. Couple of things to note are, Zeta is the current show (or movie I should say) at the moment. It's probably best to not reign on its parade. Secondly, model sales for Destiny were GSD's low point in terms of sales. There haven't been many requests for models from GSD. Word from Bandai's staff was they were looking into I-Justice 1/100 and an Astray Gold Frame Amatu. But there's been no real push for 1/100s in GSD. If anything, Bandai has been using the HG 1/144s as their test. Hopefully, there's enough push for Akatsuki to get a 1/100 but we can't say for sure. Another thing to note is Bandai was going to spend some time on models that were never released in some form or another. So all we can do is wait. the best time for us to hear anything would be in the spring time, after Zeta III comes out.

Bingo. IIRC, at a Animeigo or Macross Panel, Shin Kurokawa mentioned that they would attempt to provide some better sound out of the original mono track. But considering it was mono and they spent most of the time cleaning the video, they were still pondering trying to get it 5.1 but in the end, they opted for just a stereo sound and just mirrored the audio track on the other channel. I don't recall if Mr. Kurokawa said if it could be done or if it was worth doing. I'm guessing the latter.

Exactly the reason why I stay away from 5.1 remixes. Sure, it may envelop you now, but it sounds nothing like what it's supposed to. 357115[/snapback] At least with Animeigo, they just mirrored the audio for plain-olde stereo instead of 5.1. Considering the original track was mono....

Bandai's take on Gundam in the US market is not very appealing over the past few years. Wing started out good, then it started its downward march, and hasn't really recovered. So we have to look back at the Japanese market, where GSD numbers are better (and where the target audience is). It may also depend on what that 3rd series is going to be about as well. If they decide to animate Astray, then what happens? We have a dwindling fanbase with a good series. I'm sure Bandai will try to include Final Plus on the last DVD but will probably not give any explaination for it, except for just "extra". Vol. 13 of GSD will be out in Feb. R1-Vol. 1 will be coming next month. So I'm sure there is plenty of time to cram in Final Plus.

Huh? Do you mean why the Zaku, Gouf and Dom appear in GSD? Those all pay homage to the original series.

I should note that it probably would have continued, had the greenlight for CCA not been turned on. Looking at the lineart alone, I could tell it was complicated. Having a core-block system and transforming capabilities. I won't even mention the glorified weaponry.
