  1. They could always remake the sets.
  2. Could be his arms under that blanket. The Wendy Ryder shot is as close to Britney getting into a car.
  3. Yes, I believe that's been posted before.
  4. Why anybody would want to put on a body tatoo....that escapes me. The painting looks good anyways. And yes, we don't have a nudity policy, but then again, we don't want the kiddies to come here thinking this is a free porn site, nor do we want your workplace or people at your workplace wondering about why you are looking at a nude painted chick (hence NSFW and should be text linked).
  5. Definitely good for classrooms/lecture halls/conference rooms (any place with a blackboard/whiteboard).
  6. As long as HG is here, expect someone to whine about the Macross license.
  7. Both. And BTW: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=16660
  8. So Zeta #3 doesn't count? Ok..... RX-78-2 ver. 2 where art thou?

Care to explain the "pocket" line?
  10. Whoops, forgot about that one. SDF Macross for PS2* Macross M3 Macross VF-X Macross VF-X 2
  11. The canon games are: SDF Macross for PS2* Macross VF-X Macross VF-X 2 *If you play the game as oppose to watching the series. The game follows a different squads at different points so episode count is shorter, however, the timeline does correspond to the TV timeline. So using the PS2 game as a substitute and/or replacement for the TV series is acceptable.
  12. This popped up as a possible: http://www.darkhorizons.com/news07/070314o.php
  13. Cutting the memory on the video card would affect how much you can load on the video card. The GPU is still the same. If your renderings are large and completely detailed running all the time (like a full and detailed background, with each object in that scene individually rendered with a ridiculous amount of detail, i.e the works, 24/7), then a video card with larger memory would be better. But if you are not going for that level of detail all the time, then the card with less memory would be better. But the BFG card is overclocked so it could handle some of the aspects of the higher memory capacity card without the price tag. BFG cards also carry a lifetime warranty on their cards. http://www.bfgtech.com/tech_redux.html
  14. The Protodevlin created the Supervision Army. It was never stated that the SA were the ones controlling the Zentradi for Protoculture. I'm not sure how that info came about.
  15. Agreed. You might want to do more for graphics. It might be cheaper to get a single 500GB drive.
  16. Actually, they resemble VF-11s.
  17. And M0 was probably a dry run for KISSDUM....
  18. It goes back to what HG has the rights to and who is allowed to use those rights. M+ fell through the cracks and HG let the ball drop. When they finally realized it, Yamato was trying to get the toys into the USA. HG said no, and here we are years later. You may wish to post in the legal thread: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=153
  19. http://macross.anime.net/mecha/united_nati...vf22/index.html In otherwords, in concealed compartments along the underside in Fighter mode.
  20. As of now, ACAD 2007 is not 100% compatible with Vista (more like 98-99%). An update for 2007 will be coming out around the same time as ACAD 2008 (which is Vista compatible out-of-the-box). http://autodesk.blogs.com/between_the_line...ad_and_aut.html
  21. I'd recommend throwing in a DVD burner in there as well for archiving. If you plan on encoding the stuff you record, it might be better to go with Intel instead of AMD. Intel is better for video encoding. RAM and your HD-size is fine. As for you TV tuner, do you plan on recording HD programming? If you do, that does narrow things down a bit. For video, if you don't plan on heavy viewing on this system, you can spend a little less there.
  22. Depends on your price range and what you plan to do with it (which I'm guessing would be some high-end 3D modeling). If you really can't wait till April, then then 7950GT would be your best bet. The mid and lower-end 8-series Nividia cards are due out in April (few things are happening in April, right after tax time) so you might want to consider waiting. I was planning to update last month, but the CPU price war and upcoming product lines has me on hold till April.
  23. Ummm, no need to make a thread about a thread. Just post in that thread.
  24. You are welcome to add-in the 7950GT. But.....A 7950GT might be not be the best choice since it is a DirectX 9 card. We are on DirectX 10 but we are still a ways from actually seeing it in use. As for the rest of it, most of the parts are things you can get separately, like the motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?...N82E16813127013 I would say that system is probably as good as something someone builds themselves, minus a few little things.
