  2. The GT is a much better deal in terms of performance vs. price against the GTS. As for "surprisingly quiet", it depends on what they were comparing the card to to know the context of that comment. I have a 8800GTS and I can't hear the fan over my 2 120mm nor my 92mm CPU fan. Either that or it is the fan that I've been hearing all this time. The only issue I've been hearing about the GT is that it can run hot (like 40 degrees on idle, and jump to 70+ on load) since it is a single slot cooling system.
  3. Yep. But in terms of the animated version, we would be entering into episode 3 by my guess.
  4. I remembered that part yesterday but I was too lazy to change my post. Do you have a spare wireless adaptor?
  5. Enough with the hands already. Keep your discussion to M Frontier mecha and tech.
  6. Graham, you do know you can do multiple attachments per post right instead of 1 post, 1 page? I'm guessing we enter into episode 3 territory here. After reading Mihkail's bio, that gunpod of his is possible, but I'm not sure that will be the exact one.
  7. Probably not yet. Man that hurt my ears.... OSTs are usually not released until a few months after a series starts. While ending and opening themes usually appear about a month after they air, OSTs don't come till a few months after the series starts.
  8. You can install Mac OS X on your PC. You'll need to find a hacked copy of OS X as you saw in the Youtube videos. It's legal but it's not supported. If you screw up your machine, don't go running to Apple for help because they won't help you. Unfortunately, not in the US, not at this time. This thread may help you but as of now, you won't find something like that in the States. Sorry.
  9. 1) No. Full-armored packs are usually used when the need for overwhelming firepower is necessary. Full-armors are also not made in bulk like Super packs because of the added armament. In that case, you'll want to reserve Full-armored packs for people who you know and trust to handle them.
  10. The playing field just got even in Ep. 20. Next week is gonna be interesting.
  11. You can run it through the translators yourself. The word "重" is mentioned in there.
  12. People don't like small hands...Don't you know the whole bit with Darth Vader and the small hands in Ep. 3?
  13. Okay, move to the Gundam show thread: http://macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=18457
  14. There is a chance that the motherboard is a problem. The motherboard does have lots of components that could cause a problem. Unfortunately, I have no real tests for a motherboard since many these days come with integrated components.
  15. There is the possibility that with the formation of the NUN, the role changed. The VF-19's and VF-22's primary consumers were the UNAF and UNS. The Marines are somewhat left out of that formula and the UNAF was left out of the VF-22's deployment. Maybe the VF-25 is the NUN's JSF. The VF-171 filled the role as an interim fighter but the need for a fighter to satisfy all UN armed forces was desired so the VF-25 was born.
  16. Try running Memtest on the RAM in addition to swapping sticks. Another possibility is the CPU is a lemon.
  17. We already have magazine scans of the VF-171 in battroid mode. Details are still confidential. :
  18. Agreed. It might not be worth it to pay a higher price for older parts.
  19. Details are still confidential.
  20. That hasn't been made completely clear. It only lists it as "Small" for the small hammer-head ones and "Large" for the big red guys.
  21. Speed is important, but if your current system only supports PC-3200, then that's as fast as you can get. Are there any other parts that you would like to upgrade on your current system or were you looking at just processor and/or RAM?
  22. It was mentioned in one of the archived threads, in reference to this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vajra
  23. I suspect this is for Japanese cell phone users only. It will be a direct download to the Japanese cell phones, not to computer browsers.
  24. Correction: Their nemesis is Vajra, not Vajra Nemesis.
