The main differences appear to be the boosters and the leg packs.

It looks like there's reactive armor on the AP shield with the super parts. Intriguing.

If they were sold at WonderFest, I imagine those were from the production line so the web store versions should be the same. Unless Graham knows if Yamato is going to make some changes when they hit the web store.

Macross 25 (or the aircraft carrier portion of Frontier) appears to be your standard New Macross-Class. The City portion is the really big part.
