    Direct-to-home-video releases are always bound to not do better than if it was on TV or in theaters. And if Yamato doesn't want to spend the time to retool it, it's understandable. Especially if they would spend the same amount of time and money retooling a VF-0 for a D-variant as they would spend making a whole new model, then they might as well spend it on a new design.

    You should really be asking someone at a home repair store. CFLs are not recommended in dimmers because of the way florescent light bulbs work, i.e. regulating the power via the tube. When you put it in a dimmer, you attempt to dim a CFL, it will start flickering and eventually go out. By doing so, you're cutting the life span of a CFL. You can use CFL in a dimmer as long as you are only setting the dimmer to the brightest setting or off. Anything in the middle will cause you problems if not now then soon.

    Because the Blu-Ray includes Trial Frontier, they consider it a game and Amazon will not export game titles. Your other Blu-Rays that you ordered previously were considered movies, and not subject to export restrictions. I explained it here.

    Considering Nolan and Goyer are writing, I see some thought going into this flick. Not psychological thriller or anything like that, but thought and care will go into the characters and setting. At the same time, with Snyder directing, I think we'll get lots of good visuals.

    Actually, that looks like Michael AND Alto, not Michael and Luca. Yes, 1) that's a perspective shot of the Gunship which is probably why it looks like a bayonet and 2) that's Battle Frontier. Well ya know...the specs for the VB-6 do indicate that SMS did customize their VB-6...

    Of course it's possible they received fewer copies from their distributor vs. number of pre-orders. Hence, they have to list it as "Discontinued" until they find out when they'll get more from the distributor.
