    Yeah. Be careful. I am well acquainted with lawyers and you can never be too careful in matters related to properties and the entities involved. While I would really love to see your pics become the book that you and others have described, I wouldn't want to see you suffer any negative repercussions due to legality. Take care and here is hoping you are able to make it happen.

    Yeah. It was the first part of section 2.1 that is why I was concerned for the selling of the book. I quoted the part of the section below: 2.1 Who owns What? Because of the nature of photography and the business of photographing other works of art, most people become confused from the entanglement of the photo itself and its contents. These two are entirely separate animals; the photographer owns the copyright to the photo, regardless of the subject of the photo. So, while you (as the photographer) may have the right to license the photo to someone (because it is yours), the use of that photo may be restricted because the subject (the statue) is copyrighted by someone else. This is very similar to that of photos of people. If this concept is new to you, read Model Release Primer.

    I'm not particularly fond of the weathered look, but I have to agree that the streaking is a great touch. BTW, where have your valks been flying to acquire so much dirt and why isn't their maintenance keeping them clean?!?

    Hey! x could equal 2/3, which would mean he gets only 2. It could be 1/3 or even 4/3. So, the possibilities are quite huge considering he included a variable in his estimation of how many he might get.

    I have had this happen to me on two occasions. The difference in my cases were that I was keeping up with posts on MWF and knew when to make my payment regardless of the e-mails. Everyone seems to believe that it is only an issue with SPAM filters. However, I receive other e-mails from them. Go figure. Best.

    With all that translucent plastic; it looks as if it should light up. Does it? If not, can it be modded to be like that or would it destroy it to try to mod it like that?
