2 Questions, please.... According to the Mecha Manual site the VF-25F has... "2 x Remington ES-25A 25mm high-speed machine guns or 2 x Mauler RÖV-25 25mm beam machine guns (mounted left/right of intakes in Fighter/GERWALK mode, on rotating hip mounts in Battroid mode)" Why the "or"? Did the animators show two different weapons in the series (or the movies)? Until a minute ago I didn't even know there was a weapon mounted there! Maybe the action scenes are too fast for my eyes. O_o The other question is, are "reaction bullets" (per Ozma) like depleted uranium rounds or are they itty-bitty nukes? Thanks!

I could imagine Space Pirates cobbling something like that together. Maybe a rouge army or smuggler thugs. If there were two of these it would be cool to paint one with ugly weld points and weathering and patched up bullet holes. Maybe a Bounty Hunter too--give it the Slave-1 feel! (Sipping coffee... Sorry). On the face put an. Angel of Death skull grin and give a custom melee weapon... Like a spear made of Space Whale bone. it's been too long since I've written. The bug is back :-) -
So you don't have to pay up to $500-$700 on EBay? Wouldn't that be great. After buying mine for over $300 I don't see them for that price anymore. It makes no sense for Bandai not to re-release it even if it's a kit. There are still buyers. But I'm a noob, maybe there's an angle I'm not seeing.

Very cool! I wonder if the forward landing gear housing really has to be open in battroid since the nose cone isn't in there. This kinda reminds me of the Durendal. -

For me the VF-25F took my breath away in fighter mode. Battroid rocks too. Yamato ought to make a MP variant. Next is the VF-1J for it's head design (as someone already said above). I also like All the VF-1s Gerwalk modes even over the VF-25. Does Klan Klang in armor count? -
Yikes! (Face Palm) I just remembered Gundams are bigger than Valks. Thanks for saving me $20 guys

I said it before, they're missing out on cash discontinuing those stands and pricing them so high to begin with. Even something like the cheap stands the VF-25 came with would be cool. I made a great stand from my kids' leftover Bionicle parts but he needed them back! Someone could make a few bucks selling Yamato compatible stands on EBay as long as the design was original. Fantastic job guys!

I was really impressed with those poseable 1/60 Zentraedi soldiers. Some enemy forces would be cool. Of course, scale IS an issue to be officially resolved I think (see Klang Klan)... of course, however, I'm a noob.

Was that a definite maybe? This was posted to answer my question but it really didn't. Can someone help? The question was, once I create a Japanese PS account is there anything Macross to download? This excludes DLC for disc-based games that are useless without the disc.

After disarming an anti-matter bomb and performing orthodontic surgery on a Great White Shark, I enjoyed a refreshing evening transforming the VF-25F renewal. Quite simple and relaxing really. Question: In Battroid, the torso doesn't seem to "click" or lock in solid. There's about 3 degrees of loose "slouch" to it, with the belly-hip area as the vertex. (I hope I'm making sense). Is this normal?

Ordered! Now Hikaru won't look like a panzie next to Alto! I wish the VF-25F armor was in the $50 range too.

Neat! Googled Orca Tacticle... Looks like a fun job your buddy's got there. I love the Iron Kitty and Wayland Corp patches too! Right Two Bear Arms took me a whole 20 seconds to figure out.

My only fondness for Robotech is that if not for it I would not have come to know Macross. I would not have bothered to read the subtitles and come to love the series and I would probably be into Battletech. I hate my late ex-girlfriend but she introduced me to my wife. Same thing.

My "collection" is only 2 Valks that bookend the saga nicely... VF-1J Hikaru and VF-25F Alto (both v2 1/60). The Messiah was twice the price but I can defiantly see twice the workmanship and metal in it. Should I have paid over $300 for a toy? This thing is no toy. It's definitely art. And it came with a display stand. I had to pay almost $80 more for the VF-1 stand. The VF-17, 22, etc. shouldn't cost so much... I agree with you there.

Yes... Even if they're unpainted. Separate Option Parts too darnit! I bought mine for ~$40 from a someone I'd call a Master Replicator and he threw in extra goodies And how about those 1/60 DIsplay Stands!

I'm considering it too. Gamlin is the character I most identify with throughout all the saga but I only dig the 22 in fighter mode and the 17 Gamlin's head looks stupid in my opinion. I just got the Alto renewal this week (it got me pregnant on the first date... It's that hot). Tel us if the 22 is worth it. It's not that pricey.

That IS cool... but do they have anything Macross related at the moment (whole games, not DLC)? That's the only reason I'd do make a Japanese account.

Whatever you do, don't touch the red button... Got me?! It sort of looks like the self-destruct or eject button. It still looks awesome though and it could be worse, like Freedom Gundam's conspicuously red codpiece! It screams, "I'm talking to you. Eyes up here!"
