Too true. The Nousjadeul-Ger Kai via Macross Plus would also be a nice candidate, too.

(Mods, please remove if already posted elsewhere) (Stuck with the 1/60 scale for obvious reasons.....some wishlist items may be a bit too big otherwise.) Had this on another forum a while back, so now I want to pick YOUR MW brains. We all know of the soon-to-be-released subjects, Q-Raus and Destroids, well...... After watching the series a few weeks ago, was looking at everything else flying/walking around and then I thought to myself (which doesn't happen often) ..... What if I could readily purchase..... GLAUG NOUSJADEUL-GER REGULT - includes Light Missle and Heavy Missle Launchers for re-configs REGULT TACTICAL SCOUT UN SPACY 2-PACK -- QF-3000E GHOST & ES-11D CAT'S EYE ZENTRADI FIGHTER POD Wouldn't it be nice..... (And let's try to avoid the TUNA HEAD and SODA MACHINES....sheesh. )

Sooner or later you´ll have the 1/60´s even the 1/48´s. Believe me it will happen. Yeah, I hope to get a majority of the 1/60s and maybe 1/48 at some point....... but speaking of lotsa diff'rent 1/60's..... Wouldn't mind seein' a 1/60 version of your avatar...a trusty NOUSJADEUL-GER That makes me think of a topic.......................
-
You mean like I'm doing with my 1/55s? Sorry. Shameless plug. H Got an extra 1/60's?
-
YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!! I'm also of the same mind-set.......and it's not because I'm VERY FAR from wealthy. The 1/60s have the most examples and will hopefully continue on and on and on..... Whereas I would love to have one 1/48, I would rather continue to attain what most of you already have.... A LOT of 1/60s!!
-
I just can't wait for the die-hards to sell their multiple 1/60s at discounted prices to poor fools like me so they can afford the 1/48s......BRING 'EM ON!! **as wife says, "Bring what on?", over my shoulder** .....Nothing, dear.....

Homage to Macross in "Top Gun"?
GRAND CANNON replied to Macross Forever's topic in Movies and TV Series
Actually the "V" in squadron designations stands for "Heavier than Air" or fixed-wing aircraft. ( Rotary-wing (Helicopter) squadrons are designated with "H" and "Lighter than Air" (Airship) squadrons are designated with "Z". ) The letters following those usually follow an obvious pattern... A = Attack F = Fighter P = Patrol T = Training X = Experimental (Test) ...but this is not always the case... Q = Reconnaissance R = Logistics -
You can check out the following for starters: Nanashi's Information Group and Macross Compendium These should help a bunch!!

"Mum" is the word...... I actually asked the same question last week and then asked the mods to remove completely so as not to do any harm. (Which they did, thankfully.) See this thread.... http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?...=ST&f=21&t=4584 I would keep this topic low-key to keep any negative effects away. Patience, my friends..........patience.......

Stunning is the word!! Great job!! Another example of how much talent I do not have!!

Yikes. Thankfully my 4-year old daughter can't stand any of my anime-related items. (for which she refers to them as "gundams" as she was first exposed to my master grade kits at 2..... please don't cringe too much..... I'm trying to explain what MA-CROSS is and how to tell the difference. ) I guess I should also thank my wife for not letting the little one get a hold of them.....because I can no longer display them.......ANYWHERE!!!

....a shadow sneaks up behind and attaches bungie cords.........to the valks only....

Originally posted in similar thread mentioned above.... This story may bring tears to others as it has done to me, but I will tell it anyway................ Around '89 my brother and I take a trip to the famous "MR. BIG TOYLAND" to bring back memories of going there with my father and getting Shoguns. Low and behold we come across many Takatoku Valkyries. With only limited funds on hand, we decide to walk away with 4 items: 1/100 VF-1A Production...........1/100 VF-1J Hikaru.............1/100 VF-1S Fokker..............1/3000 SDF-1 The Valks were just slightly less than new and were a measely $20 each!! And I believe the SDF-1 set us back $40 or $60. Here's the tear jerker...........they had 1/55s there also starting at $40 each.........including the VE-1!! ( I also swear I saw a VT-1). Because we were only familiar with Robotech, we opted for the familiar valks as well as the idea of getting 3 of them. When I found chatrooms and eBay a decade later...........I needed de-fib paddles!!! I still have these tucked away and although I strayed to the world of Gundam, I have recently had the "gotta-haves" with these Yamatos coming out of the woodwork and have acquired 1/60 versions of the CF and Hikaru's Super -1J. I'm glad I could share........I now need a moment to myself...............
-
STUNNING is the word!!
-
It does look like a Taka.......I have one myself and will try to find for verification..... "Now where did I put that SDF-1.................hmmmmm?"
-
I believe it is for the upcoming Hasegawa model of the VF-0S. I'll try to search for an expanded pic.
-
Ahhhh, but enough have you said for now. THANK YOU!! "You like us.............you really, really like us!!"

PM'd ya with a link for Kakikazi pics. I also think he had his own scheme in DYRL....green?
-
I guess I can give a vague start and someone can follow-up with pics: TV Max VF-1A Kakikazi VF-1A VF-1J (Brown/CF) -- appeared during Hikuro's training I'll try to scrounge up some pics.

Yeah, just look at it as a Springer episode! LOOK OUT FOR THAT **bleeeeep** CHAIR....DUCK!!!!

Hey there. Wanted to bring this thread back to life, cuz I was wondering about 1/60 hands. Anyone have some talent to cast them? As stated above, having the "humanesque" hands for my 1/60s would be excellent. Multiple types would also be desired: -- Fists (R & L) -- Gun hand ® -- Gun Barrel holder (L) -- Anime - five finger pose spread (L) Talk about a market for these!!!
-
Very Nice!! You got some wide shots of your display cases around? Wouldn't mind seeing the whole set-up.
-
Seeing that we're voicing opinions and you know what they say about them........here's mine....... I think what should be grasped is the size of it in regards to the cost. (Almost 2x the height of the 1/60 Valk from the pic below.) Add to the fact mentioned above about the demand/cost issue, I don't think it's too far off the line to think of the pricetag being too much. BUT IT ALL COMES DOWN TO WHAT YOU WANT. I would also prefer a green(TV) version, but will attempt to acquire the purple if not hold out fo a green. (I actually believe that a green version may show up at some point...it's only a color...and would generate more sales.) I will bypass the Millia/Max pair only due to my cash flow, but that's the case with a bunch fans.....collect what you can. I also hope that this type sells well as it may point Yamato towards other non-valk types such as GLAUGs, NOUSJADEUL-GERs, REGULTs (Light Missle, Heavy Missle, Scout),etc... So there.
