For what it's worth, the previous pic I posted was from ∀ Gundam. The Konig definately has his head. Here's a Zaku and Gelgoog for reference....(pics from MAHQ) MS-06J ZAKU II..........................................MS-14A GELGOOG BTW, has anyone dare mention the "pt" words, yet? You know........PERFECT TRANSFORMATION!!!! Gotta figure a PERFECT TRANSORMATION vs. PLUG & PLAY will get this thread as least another 1/2 dozen pages of debating!!!

Thanks for the heads-up!! Wish the Angels were a little more accesible for me (in MA) rather than the T-Birds....although a Nantucket show seems very intriguing. Got an F-14 listed for RI!! Great!

Welp, Matt cleared up my confusion with this reply: me -- "Is it possible that this was actually the Yamato 1/60 Monster rather than the Koenig Variable?" M.A. -- He's knowledgable enough to know the difference, for one thing. But at any rate, I don't think there's any way to confuse the enormous 1:60 Monster for a "normal-sized" three-stage transforming toy. (I wouldn't have posted the news otherwise!) Of course, this was then followed by a "hope it shows" post ...... anyone recall those 1/60 Fast Pack sets?!?

Hopefully this IS just a painted first sculpt and the revisions noted above are made.........dare I say "hopefully" . I'm also curious about a few of other small items in the pic: -- Those articulation points mid-thigh (just under the intakes). Why? They do not look like they have much, if any, room to even move! EDIT: Just noticed they adjust into Gerwalk mode. DOH! But there still appears to be a lot of friction that will take place to move them, unless they pull away (extend) prior to swinging. -- Stand included? -- Whose feet are at the top right........?

Yeah, I picked this up when released here a few years ago. I also thought it was a good story. Now if they would only make an MG kit of the MS-08 EFREET: (Pic from MAHQ) How long is it? Is it cell-animated or CG?

It appears that there is a recent DVD addition to the Gundam library in the form of GUNDAM SIDE STORY! Does anyone here have any info on this DVD? Is it an OVA series or stand-alone movie? I'm aware that this is the place where Gundam Units 04 and 05 are from , so I'm very intrigued. Any help is good help.......

Damn, I remember those Visionaries.....was pretty coll stuff. How about MASK with their "transforming" vehicles and the 'coo' helmets they all wore. I think the main character guy drove an IROC!!! (funny.....he didn't look Italian...)
