    Me too, but for this i would expect multiple QC checks! As long as i can say this is the best YF-19 possible i don't mind too much. I've spent that much on rare VF-1s!

    With the re-issuing of both Movie and TV Roy versions last year, is there really that much demand for yet another and at this price? I could understand it if they had only re-issued the TV version, but will they get as many orders as they would have with a VF-1S Max for instance? I hope they don't do a VF-1S TV Roy next, that will kill me for good.

    Panel-lined, tampo-printed and with Super/Strike parts as in the Hasegawa promo pics, for whatever price. I'd pay 25000 yen for such an online-exclusive. Perhaps more. Certainly more!

    I wish they didn't have the 30th anniversary logo on the figure itself. On the box is where it's place is, and perhaps on a decals sheet.

    I don't think it was as low a run as the VF-1D. That was low if the only 1 per customer rule on every website was any indication. With the rest of the 30th anniversaries you could have ordered up to 3, even the VE-1.

    If they renew it, the next victims can buy them. I'm sorry but i'm not buying them again simply for only one such small change!

    To be fair it's not like Arcadia is going to release all the valks each person wanted by 2014 to cover everyone's taste. Most of us wanted a few pieces now. At least i did. If they re-release them, fine, I may just buy a spare. But do you expect them to release all the VF-19 or VF-17 again within the next 2 years. If they release them again in 3 years... oh god it's so far away i don't really care.

    To be fair the lighting of the latest post with pics is yellow and transfers on the white. The one before, i don't think it looks aged as such. The 1/48 VF-1S Hikaru weathering version did look as if they'd dragged it across a whole desert, but these ones are not that weathered. The Vf-1J 1/60 i remember was quite a lot.

    And you could potentially make a playhouse out of the two SV-51 boxes. So they also give you a stand but come on. It's as big as the Patlabor's and that is a huge bulky figure !

    Also, if you load it up with the missiles, it makes any VF-1 look like a scout. This is why even if Arcadia makes a V2 i will still keep the Ivanov V1.

    I like it a lot, but i hate the black markings on the chest plate. Yamato's rather mute applications don't help it either. Which is why i still find the Ostrich a more beautiful/ugly fighter.

    I bet i can guess where you got it from... I had seen one but i have the Ivanov and i wasn't interested.

    This bidder has bid on ALL recent auctions of new Yamato valkyries, of at least 1 item. He's either someone who came into new money, or a scalper of the real scheming kind... who will clollect them and sell them all together in 10 years for the price, of ehm, a small flat in Shinjuku perhaps.

    I know that most people will disagree but personally I'd rather see the rainbow-tinted canopy reappear in a sort of v2.3 release (so that we don't say back to a v2.1!). Comparing my VF-1J mass to the VF-1A Mass 30th anniv the J simply looks more special! I have seen the effect develop these hairline-like cracks on my weathering VF-1S, but still i prefer it this way, and again it looks more special than the VF-1As weathering i have.

    Slightly offtopic: My VF-171 CF, and VF-X and a few other items arrived today at work. I had them sent here because the driver of the courier company knows me by now... no comments... So they arrived in this box which sat at the reception for a few minutes only. When i arrived there, the receptionists were staring at the box like they were hypnotized. By the way, i work in a clinical setting... Almost died of embarrassment. Not even Pegasus, or Unicorn... Cancer Deathmask! How can you even start to explain?
