I cant tell you guys how many times ive beat battlecry (even with the cheats on hehe) but every time I play it, it just gets better and better. I do agree that Escorting the Cats eye is a batty and a half but I think i figured out the trick. On the Cat Scan level, you have pods and fighters coming at you right? Well, if you notice, the fighters go after the cats eye while the pods go after you. All you have to do is turn on invincibility and just take out the fighters. Sure the pods get annoying but they dont go after the cats eye, only you. Its kind of a bummer that we didnt get to see any strike versions or DYRL colors but i keep reminding myself that its a Robotech game, not macross. My only gripe is that the transformation times are a tad slow. I will be in full afterburner and then my target will go right past me, I try to flip around into battroid but im still in full afterburner for a few seconds. Kind of annoying but it also might be that my reaction time is faster than the games haha I also agree with the fact that there should have been more of a "squadron" feel to it instead of you against all the zentraedi. Sure you get help from a few destroids and 1 mission with roy but thats about it. Seems like they could have added a few more missions where there was a forest or jungle theme to it, or maybe im just wishing it was like Macross Zero. That would have been a cool cheat to have! A code to give you the VF-0! Sure, it probably would have been less manuverable and slower but dam, it would have looked cool. Also, the game could have used more styles of view. Instead of always flying from a chase view, it would have been nice to actually be in the cockpit and have a better view of things. Anyways, heres to hoping...

Recently, I just watched Macross Plus on Youtube (OVA and Movie) and I gotta say that im highly impressed and addicted to it. But browsing around on the fourms here, ive noticed some mixed feelings about it and im just trying to understand why. And just for the record: THE YF-19 RULES!

Ok, I know this is a bit of a long shot but I have a few questions to ask... 1. Is it possible to convert a Gamecube game to a PC game? Reason I ask is cuz I want to play it on the computer with the joystick that I have because I find that gamecube controllers arent that great for flight-sims 2. If it isnt possible to convert gamecube to pc, is it possible to take a PC joystick and somehow turn it into a controller that the gamecube will recognize? I also want to see if I can make Battlecry any harder too lol.

Hey guys, I havent been on here in FOREVER but I have been checkin in from time to time. Anyways...I really like what I see on this thread, especially those ^^^ up there. I have also made my own Valk "Mock ups" I just wanted to know where the line art was for the side view of the VF-1D was? After seeing what redsun did with those, It kind of inspired me to play around with the VF-1D as well.

Hey man thats pretty cool. I'm thinking about getting the same one. Is it better than the previous 1/48's? Also, can you do some more pictures?

I just got mine a few days ago and I have to say that I was a little dissappointed with it but not too much. Construction Not too hard, pretty average for a 1/60 SEED model. I did have a little confusion right at the beginning but only because they didnt quite explain it that well. Colors The colors go very nicely with this model. Ironically, the supposed-to-be black pieces are a dark blue so I would recommend painting all of the dark blue pieces black. Handling & Stability Getting this thing to stand up is pretty normal but it is a little weak in the knees and its a little back heavy due to the frigin huge wings on the back. The only thing that irks me is when I deploy its main guns. The Rail Guns on the side skirt armor (when deployed) dont exactly straighten out but they are at an angle and the guns that are folded into the wings on top are kinda tricky to fold out also. When or if you build it, you will see what I mean Other than all of the stuff above, this model is great. I have 2 1/60 Strikes and it goes great with both of them. Just be sure not to bend the knees too much otherwise it wont look that great.

I'm kinda glad that gundam.com is gone for now because they treated me like crap on their MB!

Ohhhh so its just a panzy-ized Strike VF-1S. Is this in DYRL or something?

G-Gundam is basically DBZ meets Gundam. Yes some of the designs do look a little corny and some just look plain awesome. The entire plot is a little confusing at the beginning but once the story gets going, it makes more sence. Plus it has got some of the hottest Gundam girls in it (besides the ones from SEED)
