I'd really like to see comparison pictures between the first MG Nu Gundam and the new kit before I decide if it's really worth it buying a third 1/100 scale Nu Gundam. I actually have the original 1/100 scale Nu Gundam from 1988. It was actually the first Gundam model that I ever built.

I hope that this means that there may actually be a MG of the Xi Gundam one of these days. I've always been rather fond of it, myself.- 6025 replies

Yes, they were. I do remember seeing them in my local KB toystore in the mid-80s -
What Current Anime Are You Watching Version v4.0

I just recently started watching Special Armored Battalion Dorvack. Sadly, it's not subtitled, but I'm still enjoying it so far. I remember actually finding the model kits for the series in a local hobby shop back in the 80s a few years before I was aware of anime. -

I was thinking the same exact thing, Gubaba! I really liked the picture with all of the major Macross characters. I just wish that it was bigger.

I cry every time I see a GT-R get wrecked by the idiot driving it. If I saw that accident happen, I'd be tempted to stop and laugh at the driver for being an idiot and wrecking their car.

What Current Anime Are You Watching Version v4.0
Beltane70 replied to wolfx's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
I just finished up the rest of L-Gaim. I decided to marathon the last 14 episodes. I was actually surprised at how many characters actually survived the series, considering that it was directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino. -
I was perfectly happy with the original MG version of the Nu-Gundam. It was the MG Hi-Nu that had me disappointed since it was actually smaller than the CCA version.

I've only watched that dub twice and that was way back when I first got into anime some 25 years or so ago. I had actually seen DYRL in the original Japanese without subtitles before I saw that horrible dub. I plan to never see it again!

Nice CG of Space 1999's Eagle. One of these days I may even get around to building my Eagle kit that I've had for at least a decade. I also really regret letting the Eagle toy that I had as a kid get thrown away.

The title just makes me think of Street Fighter II.

The Gunbuster is probably my favorite of the 4 SoCs that I own. I've had mine for four years now.

Yeah, I just saw the announcement of the game on ANN. I can't wait to see what it's going to be!

Did they ever produce a Chogokin Dangaioh? I stumbled upon a review of the super-expensive Studio Half-eye version and it got me to wondering if Bandai ever produced one that I might have missed.

Finally getting a real Vita Gundam game
Beltane70 replied to Tochiro's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Apparently, this game has players pitting Gundam models of various scales against each other in diorama-type settings. -
So that's what happened to the bookshelf I made back in middle school!
