  1. Agreed. And considering there are not many black-nosed Valks (VF-1 Super stealth & Low-Vis 2 Camo) you would think it would be a welcome addition. And missing jolly rogoer/ skull logos is any easy fix.
  2. SOLD OUT. There was 2 left when i signed in...
  3. Exactly. It's about halfway thru the year, are there any 30th anniversary surprises left? On another note: I really really truly hope that all the black nose haters & jolly roger missing tampo whiners honestly stick to their guns AND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!! If i ever chose to display this in fighter mode, there will be much repainting & custom decal adding.
  4. They must be saving the official Ozma scheme for another event or exclusive.
  5. A classic inspired yet very unique scheme. Not the prettiest Valk, but definately cool. A great way to celebrate the 30th. And i hope all you that are hating will NOT by buying this so the pre-orders will last at least 30 seconds longer then the last few releases = more for us.
  6. These are awesome! I counted 10 videos. Is that it, or are there more?
  7. I read last week Olivia would be reprising her role as Quorra for the show.
  8. Sorry. No interest in the Bandai renewal madness. So i never paid attention to the gunpod color.
  9. SAY WHAAAT!! They changed the color for the renewals?? Screw anime accuracy... Interesting.
  10. SUPERB WEATHERING TECHNIQUE!! And no more purple gun-pod!! Most impressive.
  11. I think it's refreshing seeing an updated cgi spin something you've watched for 30 years. Nothing beats the originals but that is definitely pretty damn enjoyable.
  12. Glad i have multiple versions of this film. As long as no Valkyrie scenes were blurred or altered for the worse, i'll be able to enjoy the BD. But at this point i'm more excited for the game.
  13. When i checked it at home, no evil ads popped up, but at work... a whole lot of titties....
  14. AGREED. I don't recall too many factory decals/stickers that didn't require trimming. And the extra time it takes to do it right makes it all worth it.
  15. Haaaa... mine were all boobs. I think it is random generated. Cuz i hit it a unused workstation at the job.... NSFW be damned...
  16. Indeed. Despite those awesome lil figures & crew equipment, 1/100 is just too small for my current displays. That's just way too much work right now. That 1/72 Armored Ozma has spoiled me. Pre-order cancelled. I look forward to what you guys do with this since it's hitting retail again.
  17. Awesome! thanks for the pics. That was some need to know info,
  18. Slight update to the Ozma hangar...testing my creativity in a smaller space... too many people fighting for chain bases on evilbay so i'm going to substitute for a while.... also some caution lines to break up all that grey monotany...still a work in progress . . . .
  19. AAAHH... Forgot about the boondocks!! So many homages...too many to list. CLASSIC!! I think i went around calling myself George Pissedofferson for weeks after that aired....
  20. Oh yeah!! True Legend is definately in my library. Definate classic. So true about the flying guillotine not getting enough love... you'd think it would be a no brainer... Surprised it really hasn't been used in some of the new generation of kung fu or anime. Infact other then Machine Girl i don't recall seeing anywhere other then the classics. -Chen Kuan tai was in the original "Flying Guillotine" 1975. - If Russell Crowe was an updated drunken secret agent Hai To THAT WOULD BE EPIC!!! -And this is a Tarentino production, and he brought Gordon Liu out of obscurity for Kill Bill, so definately expect to see some old school cameos.
  21. EXACTLY!! i'm very hyped to see an updated kung-fu armor technique in a live action flick on the big screen. I expect no less from the Abbot of the Wu-Tang. Even one of Ghostface Killa's side crews are called the 18 Bronzemen. I'm willing to bet we see a flying guillotine, some poison clan/Deadly Venom techniques & at least a one-armed swordsman at some point. Probably both. I would recommend people going into this like they would the Saturday afternoon Kung Fu theater mindstate. The Kill Bill/ Jet Li fan base audience will love it & the old school Shaw Brothers fans will enjoy it, other then that it's probably not for everybody else...
  22. About time Broadside gets some respect. He was a badass in the Wreckers comics. And anything is an improvement over his G1 toy...
  23. LOL.... pullout shot..?? no happy endings with only 6 chain bases right now.... But i did get my 1/72 Armored Ozma kit in the mail today. So expect comparison shots to the 1/60 DX soon.
  24. I dissembled the big 6ft x 5ft 1/48 Dioarama hangar. Retired the 1/48's to the attic. Downsized to the one shelf of chain bases.... A bit boring... but still a work in progress....
  25. I'm all in for this one. RZA & Russell Crowe have been working on this for ages. RZA is a big fan of old-school kung fu flicks, new school kung fu flicks & anime. He has been working on his Hollywood connections for a while, and with Quentin production money, so i expect a live-action Ninja scroll / Iron Monkey type action with endless Shaw Brother's Homages with a Wu-Tang soundtrack. Can't really go wrong. Plus Lucy Lu doing her Kill Bill character again...
