    I've been reading my VF-1 Squadrons book and I think I've got these sorted out. From CVW-9, stationed on the Macross, we have SVF-48 Blue Hawks, SVF-38 Green Arrows, SVF-6, SVF-22, SVF-13, SVF-44 Gunpod Fighters (kind of an odd name but whatevs) and SVF-32 Shooting Stars. From CVW-1, ostensibly stationed aboard the Prometheus, we have SVF-1 Skull (of course), SVF-2 Sonic Birds, SVF-20 Outlaws, SVF-63, SVF-28 Night Riders, SVF-68 and SVF-37.

    Kyle Dunn over on the Facebook group mentioned some VF-25 variants I've never heard of: The VF-25C, C-II and E. I was curious as to what differed them from the other variants?

    Guys, I hate to rain on the parade but if there is a season 2, it'd likely be in manga format. Sunrise are going to be concentrating on Origin and Reconguista right now.

    They said we're going to be getting four movies, the first of which is out in spring 2015. As to what exactly the four movies are about, they haven't elaborated. Although it does seem that the first one is mostly going to be about Char and Sayla.

    I picked up my copy recently and I have a few impressions. So if I'm interpreting this correctly, the Macross had Carrier Air Wing 9 (CVW-9) assigned to it from the beginning. Carrier Air Wing 1 (CVW-1), which included Skull Squadron was assigned to the Prometheus. CVW-9 included SVF-48, 38, 6, 22, 13, 44 and 32. CVW-1 included SVF-1, 2, 20, 63, 28, 68 and 37. SVF-48 are the Blue Hawks and have Valkyries painted in blue and white. I also like SVF-44's insignia, a pair of crossed gunpods over the UN Spacy kite. I'm particularly interested in that VF-1L.

    Not so far. Kawamori is working on Nobunaga the Fool right now and Macross productions tend to come on anniversaries. I don't think we'll be hearing anything until mid to late 2016 at the earliest, but I could be wrong.
