  1. Hey if anyone wants to paint one up for me in a way that perfectly matches the original piece, I'm willing to shoulder the costs (and maybe even get one for them too as a bonus).
  2. Sorry to see that. It seems the leg issue is more prominent now compared to the 0D. I have never tried extending the hip joints on my 0Ds, and never will on any of the 0 series.
  3. Yeah I've thought about that, but I'm not sure Shapeways would ship such a small piece by itself to the Philippines at a reasonable price. Also, I won't be able to paint it since I lack the skills/equipment/color matching ability.
  4. Hey Sildani, I'm a little surprised to see the wings droop that much in gerwalk mode. I've never had that issue on my Brera's (both old and new versions).
  5. It's not that the pods can't be removed from the chest. It's that the body of the 0A is too slim for the Ghost to peg in.
  6. Whoa thanks for the review! Now I'm glad I wasn't able to get the old Ghost Booster. I can finally stop searching for one.
  7. Hmm, I see they left the holes on top for the Super pack attachment. I wonder if they'll release one. Personally, I hope not because I plan to leave this displayed bare. But if they release a super pack, my completionist syndrome will make me get it, then probably display it with the super packs because otherwise it'll feel like I wasted my money if I don't use it. But what I do hope they release instead is the fold booster as I don't have one. Bundle it up with 3 of Brera's Ghosts and I'll be golden.
  8. So looking at eriku's pics, it pretty much confirms that the new triangle doesn't completely cover the back of the knee in fighter, and is not a transformation issue. I wonder if there was a reason they didn't make the triangle bigger. Yamato/Arcadia usually has very tight tolerances on their valks leaving very few gaps in fighter, so I find this unusual.
  9. Yeah hopefully that is the case. At first I thought he just didn't collapse the legs in when transforming back to fighter. But then again, I'm not sure it's possible to have the backpack lock into the legs in fighter mode if the legs aren't fully collapsed. I guess I'll find out once someone here gets their copy. Mine hasn't shipped yet unfortunately.
  10. I'm a little surprised by this... I thought the additional triangle molding was supposed to completely cover up the back of the knee joint in fight mode. But as you can see in the picture, the triangle is much smaller than the gap. Was it just not transformed correctly? I was never really bothered by that knee gap showing in fighter on the 0D, but having something like this only partially cover the gap kinda annoys me because it's not doing what it was meant to do properly. Also, that added triangle mold looks strange sticking out in gerwalk/battroid mode.
  11. Cue Lolicon But all kidding aside, after you get a better understanding of the mechanics, it is fairly easy to transform. As for your issue with the legs, they need to be straight at the knees when turning them back to fighter. If you try to turn them while bent, you might stress the mechanism inside to the point of breakage. More can be learned from the RVF and CF171 threads.
  12. What's the link for jungle? I am not familiar with them. Thanks. Edit: What's the difference between the QF-2200D-A and the QF-2200D-B? Are both of them good for attaching to the VF-0?
  13. Does this include the clear canopy? I kinda remember the clear canopy being part of the super part tray on Brera's unit, so I was wondering if the CF27 actually comes with it or if that guy just got it from his Brera and placed it on the CF.
  14. Anyone know where I can buy one of these?
  15. You might be right. Looking at the pic again, there seems to be an obvious difference between the 302 and the Antares markings.
  16. Yes, the 0D doesn't have much on an ankle tilt. I mentioned that in the 0D thread as one of my issues with it. Basically, I was questioning why they bothered adding the feature to extend the hip joints for a wider stance when the ankles can't even tilt much to stay level on the ground.
  17. Okay that's better!
  18. Umm, Arcadia can do it too. They actually did something similar with the 19, and even though it wasn't executed perfectly, they have made an ankle joint extend and pivot more than what they did with the 0D/A/S.
  19. Ah I see. I stand corrected then. But since this is Basara's 19P, it needs them in my eyes. I guess it'll be fine if it was displayed with a different pilot. Again, this is just my personal pet peeve.
  20. It's the 2nd It bugs me because of the holes on top the shoulders. And those speaker pods are one of the defining features of the 19P. I wouldn't really consider it "optional" since there are no variations of the 19P that don't have them (to my knowledge, I may be wrong). So displaying them without it takes away from its identity. The only reason one may consider them as optional is because they're removable in the toy. I guess the feeling would be similar to someone displaying an Isamu pilot figure riding the VF-4G, or having Ozma's VF-25 wearing Michael's Tornado parts. Yes, the toys allow you to do that but it doesn't look right to me. Well, that's my OC says anyway. It's a personal thing. I just wish someone would be proud displaying the 19P the way it's meant to look.
  21. That pose really highlights the lack of a decent ankle tilt. Wish they used a different pose instead. Or maybe allow the ankle to extend further down to give it more tilt room when doing extreme poses like this.
  22. I have yet to see anyone place the speaker pods on their 19P
  23. Oh, so they decided to throw in the clear canopy after all (even if non-canon).
  24. I wonder if it's her boobs that he likes about her...
