  1. Cue Lolicon But all kidding aside, after you get a better understanding of the mechanics, it is fairly easy to transform. As for your issue with the legs, they need to be straight at the knees when turning them back to fighter. If you try to turn them while bent, you might stress the mechanism inside to the point of breakage. More can be learned from the RVF and CF171 threads.
  2. What's the link for jungle? I am not familiar with them. Thanks. Edit: What's the difference between the QF-2200D-A and the QF-2200D-B? Are both of them good for attaching to the VF-0?
  3. Does this include the clear canopy? I kinda remember the clear canopy being part of the super part tray on Brera's unit, so I was wondering if the CF27 actually comes with it or if that guy just got it from his Brera and placed it on the CF.
  4. Anyone know where I can buy one of these?
  5. You might be right. Looking at the pic again, there seems to be an obvious difference between the 302 and the Antares markings.
  6. Yes, the 0D doesn't have much on an ankle tilt. I mentioned that in the 0D thread as one of my issues with it. Basically, I was questioning why they bothered adding the feature to extend the hip joints for a wider stance when the ankles can't even tilt much to stay level on the ground.
  7. Okay that's better!
  8. Umm, Arcadia can do it too. They actually did something similar with the 19, and even though it wasn't executed perfectly, they have made an ankle joint extend and pivot more than what they did with the 0D/A/S.
  9. Ah I see. I stand corrected then. But since this is Basara's 19P, it needs them in my eyes. I guess it'll be fine if it was displayed with a different pilot. Again, this is just my personal pet peeve.
  10. It's the 2nd It bugs me because of the holes on top the shoulders. And those speaker pods are one of the defining features of the 19P. I wouldn't really consider it "optional" since there are no variations of the 19P that don't have them (to my knowledge, I may be wrong). So displaying them without it takes away from its identity. The only reason one may consider them as optional is because they're removable in the toy. I guess the feeling would be similar to someone displaying an Isamu pilot figure riding the VF-4G, or having Ozma's VF-25 wearing Michael's Tornado parts. Yes, the toys allow you to do that but it doesn't look right to me. Well, that's my OC says anyway. It's a personal thing. I just wish someone would be proud displaying the 19P the way it's meant to look.
  11. That pose really highlights the lack of a decent ankle tilt. Wish they used a different pose instead. Or maybe allow the ankle to extend further down to give it more tilt room when doing extreme poses like this.
  12. I have yet to see anyone place the speaker pods on their 19P
  13. Oh, so they decided to throw in the clear canopy after all (even if non-canon).
  14. I wonder if it's her boobs that he likes about her...
  15. I think he's just ranting about the acronym itself. We know N.U.N.S. stands for New U.N. Spacy, but to the uninformed the first thing they read is "nuns" and it then becomes a subject of ridicule.
  16. Now I kinda regret not buying the Ghost Booster when I had the chance
  17. Hikaru of course! He's done it before in Flashback 2012 haha!
  18. Nice display! That VF-1S looks dwarfed by the valks around him. Makes him seem like he's a smaller scale hehe. Now you only need to worry about dust
  19. Yeah I guess. But I just wish they'd let us know soon if it was gonna be delayed rather than let the release date pass us by for us to conclude it was.
  20. I think you're missing the point... No one was saying Kawamori's approval made something bad or good...
  21. Is this still releasing at the end of the month? I'm starting to worry it'll be delayed...
  22. Yup, jenius got it. I don't know about Arcadia not getting Kawamori's stamp of approval. I'd like to assume they did, but I haven't seen any public documentation saying so. If what Graham says about Yamato consulting with Kawamori holds true for Arcadia, then perhaps they did but just didn't mention it in their product notes (unless I missed it).
  23. The only 171 that has issues with parts breaking is the CF version. This one, along with the Alto and Maruyama versions, are generally fine. The only area that you may need to take note of is how to twist the knees back when transforming from battroid to fighter. Chronocidal has mentioned this in several posts in the 171CF thread so it's not hard to miss.
