I totally forgot that I had preordered the Max 1J at Anime-Export. Got the email earlier and paid for the shipping. If only I had remembered before I placed another preorder for it at Amiami a few days ago. I have no need for 2 Max 1Js. For those of you who have successfully cancelled a preorder with Amiami before, did you just send them an email? How did you ask for the cancellation without being blacklisted?

I've tried that several times too but it always becomes crooked again after a day or so. Is yours still maintaining its straightness up until now?

I personally like the fast pack color scheme of the HMR better. Looks more coherent and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb as much as the canon color scheme.

I don't know if this is old news, but I just realized Bandai included the wrong fighter mode stand adapter for the VF-1A. The one they included was for use with the fast packs (similar to the ones that came with the VF-1S). The correct version is the one that came with the Armored VF-1J. I hope that they aren't making the same mistake with the upcoming Hikaru VF-1J release.

Anyone got an idea on how long the preorder period for the Milla VF-1J will last? Any chance it'll still be open by October 12?

Hehe I used to frequent that board years ago but left because of that same person's constant complaining and whining. And when I tried to get him to chill out, he went all aggressive and stuff. He's a moderator too so there's basically no arguing with him. Funny thing is they used to keep saying that the folks on the MW forums were much worse than they were, but after having a few years comparing both groups, I think the MW board is more sensible in general.

She seems to have the knack for handling toys properly, as seen when she moved the arms so that the joints don't get stressed in the wrong way. In other reviews, sometimes I cringe at the way they manhandle their toys, especially expensive ones. Anyways, I hope both of you don't take the haters too seriously. Does Paypal get flagged if you spend a large amount in one go? I've been using it for several years now and usually spend $300+ paying for stuff through it every month and I haven't encountered this issue.

They're pretty tight out of the box. Upon closer inspection, I don't think they're ball joints. They seem to be composed of a metal hinge joint that swings outwards, which is placed on a swivel joint that makes it swing from side to side. The combination of these two joints makes it have the same range of motion as a ball joint, just without the ability to twist the cannons (and you wouldn't want to twist them either since that would make the UN Spacy tampo go out of alignment). LOL. Funny coincidence huh? I also noticed that they use one of our other IKEA bed spreads in the Ultimate Fighter house. The multi-colored polka dot one.

All of those articulation points shown in that schematic above are present in the toy. I didn't realize those red lights could rotate until I saw it in the diagram. The manual makes no mention of it.

Yes, I built it, but it's just a straight build out of the box with panel lining and decals. No painting involved (I got no skills for that). And yes, UC forever! It's the only timeline worth watching Is this a ladder or stairs? Or maybe an escalator? The angle doesn't seem right for either one.
