  1. I owned 2 of these previously. The first one was PERFECT. Nothing wrong. Transformed a few times. Just an excellent toy. The second one had about a half dozen stress fractures - and was NEVER transformed. Kinda irritating. So, I got rid of it. Honestly, most of the Macross Zero toys I've owned have been kinda iffy.
  2. I don't own the Double Nuts, but it's high on my list. My pal owns one, and I am very impressed over the improvements on the joints. They're not too loose like my original 1:60 YF-19, but not too tight either. Looks AWESOME on a shelf too.
  3. WOW! This looks so much better than the Yamato!
  4. That is BEAUTIFUL.
  5. I for one am VERY excited about this release!
  6. Jenuis is right-try eBay. Watch current auctions, and pay NO ATTENTION to "BUY IT NOW's". You are looking for AUCTIONS ONLY. Most "BUY IT NOWS" are WAY over priced and they sit. An item that sits is an item that does NOT sell because the seller wants TOO MUCH MONEY for it. It would throw off your assessment if you calculate overpriced stock into your equation. Generally, when I am trying to figure out a price, I look up 3 auctions (as Jenuis said, check out ended auctions, and watch current ones. Always wait until they sell), and do an average (add the total 3 selling prices, divide that number by 3). Kicker773 is right. You can also ask around here. There is an AWFUL lot of kind, and smart Macross fans here who would be glad to assist. Help them out best you can by taking pictures.
  7. 1. 1:48 VF-1A Max TV Version 2. 1:3000 SDF-1 TV Version 3. 1:60 Destroid Tomahawk 4. 1:48 Max & Miria (Fast Packs) 5. 1:48 GBP w/VF-1J Hikaru TV
  8. I hope so. That could be a very cool color scheme.
  9. That is a great pic! Makes me want to bust out the camera and show mine! :-)
  10. 1/48 figures? Man, you are going to BANKRUPT me. Ha ha!
  11. Or instead of throwing them away you could send them my way. It's amazing how time changes perception... When the 1/55's first came out, I thought it was the ultimate toy. No way anyone is EVER going to top this! Then the 1/48's came out. I thought it was the ultimate toy. The 1/60 V2's came out. Many feel the detail blows away anything done up to that point, and probably think of it as the ultimate toy. No way anyone is ever going to top this! Until...
  12. I use anymoon.com's pics all the time as my computer background. Ha ha!
  13. That TV Roy is a beauty.
  14. I like how you're weathered 1A is "007". Nice touch.
  15. Ha ha! I got a pretty funny mental image of that!
  16. THAT is a thing of beauty!
  17. Are you talking about the 1/60 scale figures?
  18. Dramatic effect is the name of the game. It's like when I use to work for Paramount. For reality TV, they'd keep every damn second of footage cause, six months later, the Producers want this character and this character to be angry with each other, even though they weren't. So, they'd pull footage up and edit them giving each other dirty looks. Even though it was six months apart in reality. Good God, I hate reality TV. It's amazing to me how many people believe that crap is real. All I have to tell them is each show has over 30 writers on staff. How real can it be if there are writers? Ha ha. Yeah. I've seen a lot of liberties taken for the benefit of drama throughout the industry. Cartoons are so much easier to manipulate for effect too. You don't need to strum through months of footage to try to fake a fight. But I do appreciate scale, especially with my toys. Have to agree with >EXO< on that. I also collect Transformers, and that toyline is all over the place with it's scale. It's nice having everything consistent.
  19. Must...sell kidneys...to buy this toy...
  20. My 0S and 0A both broke on the same day. After one transformation. I think I am officially done with Macross Zero toys.
  21. $3? Holy crap that's cheap! Good job bro!
  22. I wish I could afford it! Super expensive....but WOW. That is one of the greatest looking toys I have ever seen. I've wanted a Regult since what? 1985? I'm not doing the math cause it'll carbon date me, but that is one long @$$ time.... Great job, Yamato!
  23. I was just thinkin' the same!
  24. Really? That sucks man. Sorry to hear that.
  25. This is why I am so afraid of getting those beautiful new 1/60's. I'm sorry this happened to you guys. I hope you get it fixed...
