  1. Thanks for putting this up, gonna listen to it now.
  2. Wasn't there also a 1/1 scale VF-19 toy, as well as a VF-4 by Yamato?
  3. Richard Epcar: "I can join you for a moment or two, I heard you were here, so I thought I'd come up and say hi." READ = "I'm busy with real work, but I can spare a few minutes to humour you. So, we're still talking about this thing?? Wow."
  4. In his first post, he quoted from the Starship Troopers movie with 100% sincerity and not a hint of irony or sarcasm, to prove his point. I think that's not the only show he's missed the point of.
  5. I had the Ravens 19A and I seem to remember that didn't.
  6. Do those things still transform?
  7. You know, I actually did that about three years ago. Imagine my surprise when I saw it pop up in the movie.
  8. Hmm... Can't remember just now. I think it didn't clearly vanish altogether, but then that could be just my memory of Macross Zero confusing me. Actually I haven't watched that scene on the BluRay yet....
  9. ♪ "All creatures great and small..." ♪
  10. He did in "The Galaxy is Calling Me", punctuating his action with the line, "missiles are stupid".
  11. "Written by Steve Yun with Tommy Yune". Oh god. Seeing those words greet me at the very start of the page just reminds me of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kU5xdc-txPU&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q9eDwHznMas Is that basically how the writing process went?
  12. They're never going to say they "will not" release something.
  13. End of November, I heard. Could be wrong, though.
  14. Cruisin' in Shinkuku! (My pics; not my valk)
  15. Wow, that episode must have been too explicit for TV because the broadcasts in my area stopped at episode 25!
  16. But you did mistype "cannon"...
  17. Well, yeah. But Tommy "directed" it... whatever that is supposed to mean.
  18. Exactly. I really want to hear more about Agrama and Berlusconi, everything else is common knowledge. Well, you know, the fact that they actually MADE Shadow Chronicles, as awful as it was, gives me a bit of hope in that case. Because if these amateurs can put out a 90 minute animation, then so can I, with a little help from my friends, as Ringo would put it. And that makes me happy. So thank you, Robotech! You have given me the will to carry on! Thank you for blessing me with the realization that no matter how incompetent, ignorant, and downright offensive you may be, you can get things done!
  19. Hope you enjoyed your valks, kids, 'cos apparently it's websclusives all the way from here on in.
  20. The first podcast has the spoilers, but in the second one we hardly talk about the movie itself, it's more about the events surrounding it, so I don't think there is any problem if you haven't seen the movie.
  21. I think it was basically that he wanted to connect the legends of Japanese animation like Tezuka to this film, which he believes is a new milestone in "Japanimation". I don't remember exactly, but I remember it sounded very much like an appeal towards foreign markets which was interesting considering the rights situation. Maybe I read too much into it, I'll have to go back and re-read it.
