    Just checked mine, and you're right, it does... Sorry, for some reason I was misremembering and thought that the crotch piece was positioned much further aft in fighter mode. If it's any consolation, the lasers ARE grey in Tenjin's painting of the Valk...

    I know you're referring to that image that showed a stack of EX's in a shop, but I certainly wouldn't call that typical. These things are quite hard to come by, at least in my experience. Someone like Save might argue otherwise, but then he's a professional. It's not as if your average joe is just tripping over them because they're so abundant or anything.

    If I recall correctly, the adapter piece for fighter mode does not touch the crotch piece, so I am not sure how that happened..?

    It's strange, because that is really the main version that they play in the show. I don't think it's very good, though, as the song clearly is in too low of a key for her. That's probably the reason they never released it, it's more of an oddity.

    The information regarding the live-action movie sounds like one of the things that got lost in translation. I think what he meant was that there is "a" five-minute live-action short that he directed included as a bonus on the new BD set of Cowbop. It should NOT be confused as being "five minutes of the upcoming live-action movie". I think it is safe to say that the Hollywood movie is nowhere near ready for filming.

    I dunno. I see heavy influences of the Clarise character from Castle of Cagliostro and Azuma Hideo, both of whom were extremely popular among the "proto-otaku" at the time.
