    I couldn't really ground myself where the fighter mode first person perspective was located. Was it the inside of the cockpit? Also, I think it's a bit weird to have legitimate first person view in battroid mode, since a pilot would be located internally in the torso region, which cameras for targeting. Nit picking aside though, looks very cool First Person mech combat is something I've been dreaming of for ages. In other news, Fire Emblem Awakening is INSANELY good. This game alone is a reason to pick up the 3ds. This is my first experience with Fire Emblem, and man, it's been a blast. I'm a total noob when it comes to sRPGs, but even I'm having tons of fun (in casual mode, I think I'd tear my hair out replaying chapters with classic )

    Thanks for suggestions man! I picked up a 3ds xl blue with kingdom hearts and fire emblem. I checked out SMT IV, but I felt like I could pick it up after I get through the games I bought.

    Finally picking up a 3ds xl, on sale at best buy. First nintendo handheld since the gba, and I'm in it mainly for kingdom hearts. Any other must haves? I've heard insanely good things about fire emblem

    I think nvidia mentioned that you need a build set up with at least a GTX 660 card in terms of a full PC, and a GTX 660m card once they bring it to the notebook environment later. That's not too bad in my opinion, but yeah, you definitely need a beefy set up for sure. I'll stick with PS4/vita for my purposes (I need over the internet functionality as well, which the shield doesn't support).

    For you guys with nvidia GPU equipped gaming rigs, any thoughts on the nvidia shield so far? I don't have a gaming rig, and I doubt the nvidia gt 650m in my laptop qualifies for PC game streaming. In other news, the razer edge has caught my eye, although its much too expensive and niche right now to consider. But if tablet gaming pc will become more refined in the future, I like where it's going!

    Yeah, I see what you mean anime, but it REALLY stands out on the banshee, to the point where it might as well be coined a prism coat finish version. I actually think going matte or semi-gloss would have been the way to go with this release. Hope the underlying orange works well with it though.

    As for my limited collection, most people just assume that it's stuff that I haven't thrown out from when I was younger. If they ask, I just tell them it's cool stuff I like picking up once in a while (which it really is). Not much more beyond that. I don't really like discussing pricing, mostly because I'm a college kid with full monetary support from my family, and because a $200 - $300 price tag per item throws strangers off to the point where they look down on me.....a lot. Luckily, my friends and family haven't given it a second thought

    More so than pacing, it kind of irked me that every time we began to even remotely care about any of the cast, we'd instantly have to forget the majority of them in about 14 - 16 episodes, and get accustomed to another new cast. Thanks to this, it was hard to place a dot on who the "real antagonist" was, nor did I really care who it was once they got around to telling us. I liked that they tried new things with the whole generational thing, but I don't think it served their purpose too well. Also, equipment wise, I think they moved through too many units, on both sides of the conflict, especially on the Mars side. And the magical "make tech that beats the baddie" machine didn't sit well with me either. In the end, for what it's worth, I enjoyed Gundam Seed (both seasons) a LOT more than AGE. I can see where supporters of AGE are coming from, but it really wasn't my cup of tea. If this series was anything but Gundam, it wouldn't even register on the radar for most people. tl:dr Sunrise threw a bunch of ideas together into a blender, set it to max, and out popped Gundam AGE

    Just got back. Simply amazing...... I waited for a grand scale robot movie like this for a long time. So happy I saw this in imax 3D. Man, I really want hot toys to crank out a gypsy danger toy now

    Yeah, going to midnight opening to see this, and convinced a few of my non-animemechaloving friends to join me as well Can't wait to see this movie, hopefully the highlight flick of the summer for me (Star Trek is taking that spot right now). Really hoping Hot Toys picks up the license for this and starts cranking out mecha

    Haha, those were the first 3 games I purchased for Vita (I also ended up buying Gravity Rush, MGS HD, and recently, Jak and Daxter). For what it's worth, I'm glad I bought a vita since it's been picking up recently, and remote play with PS4 adds huge value in my eyes. I'm somewhat upset that nearly every game I purchased for vita, I could have gotten for free since I now have ps plus though....

    dang man, you've payed more in memory cards than the vita itself O_O I don't have nearly enough stuff for the thing to warrant a 32. The vita needs more AAA games....

    So, after a year of using my cruddy 4 GB ps vita card, and needing to constantly delete an old game before I can download a new one on the ps vita, I went out and purchased a 16 GB vita card. Man! I can see now why the vita isn't selling. These cards are EXPENSIVE!! Sony's proprietary tech is so unecessary. Bah, atleast I'll be able to fit all my games on it now....
