is it me or is vader's voice intentionally different, almost like they are trying to make him sound younger? when he first spoke i was like...."thats not a good james earl jones vader impersonation" i do have a feeling we will see less of him (although i hope not) with a new inquisitor coming -
they going for the heavy hitters first to fund the rest? i dunno. i think the hik GBPS and the hik Stirke valkyrie are two of the most popular valks for sure. only focker's vf-1s can compete i think....and if its focker's it doesn't come with a fast pack or strike canon unless its DYRL too. (by the time fast packs were added in sdfm focker's valk was hikaru's already) also what is the preorder date on this. don't want to miss out again and have to sweat it out at release like i will have to forf the GBP

Ah that explains it. i kinda wish the armor and the fast packs released by yamarcadia were more grey similar to this. as a kid i never imagind teh blue/greenish-ish tint expseicallyto the normal fastpacks. i wonder what a grey gbp-1s set like you show would look like....with the red replaced with focker yellow.

god that is a lot of tampo. looking forward to gettting mine when hlj gets off its butt and ships my private warehouse stuff. lol. i'm now wondering if i want to hunt down a second one.....its a REALLY bad month though for toy expenditures (this, the sheryl special vf-117, gbps vf-1j, mp-10 reissue, sever, tesla, some SW stuff, some used stuff i just bought too...most spendy month ever for toys...anybody need a kidney? maybe a vf-0s or 0a? lol). lol

i think cap may have a point, BUT i do think there is a market for mospeada stuff still. the late naughts brought a revival of sorts but the product was lackluster. i'm kinda wondering why no TF "3P" companies have jumped on it. a legioss/alpha fighter is a fairly simple design. although its a small mecha i'd love to see it done where the battroid/soldier mode is roughly the height of a 1/60 yamato vf-1. done in the same types of finish and quality (i think for instance maketoys is capable as well as the fansmaketoys) . of course the fact that nobody has done it could mean there isn't a market, but if there is....it leaves independents like cap....an open door? :-)

awesome photos....but wait...is it that gray? or is that photoshopped/painted? i know the yamato set was more blue than that.

AE almost never responds to anything. i would say its 1/10 emails they reply to and from the replies i did get (years ago) it seems like they DO get and read the other e-mails they just choose to ignore. apparently the more you write the more they ignore you until they can't take it anymore. Customer service person is erika sato. she might reply....eventually or not. i wouldn't order anything from them that isn't a straightforward mass market release (like a takara tomy mp transformer) or unless there is'nt another option.

thats disappointing but does it hold together at all in fighter mode? when it "falls apart on contact" does that mean it literally can't hold a pose in battroid or what? any details would be helpful. thanks. i also kinda wonder if the "future floor polish technique" will work if its just a few loose joints.

that has to be the most exciting thing for g1 fans ever in terms of video games. if this is xbone only i may have to get one...or if its 360 i'll have to dust tha toff and find a new power adapter. lol -
i've used them before and been to there shop in nyc before too. they are overpriced but at least they are friendly. no way i'm paying $120 for an $80 msrp toy though this time around. i will gamble that there will be some at release.

the arcadia is bottom for first right for last? 2nd is obviously opposte of first since thats what yo usaid. by answering this i am disagreeing with my previous stance....i don't notnice arcadia "pink" in person....in natural light (which is what this is?) was i right?

i'm pretty sure natural lighting will show it white. then again, even the previous "pink" valks look fine is all but CFL lighting.

so i'm way out of the loop...is CW devy already out or are these pictures coming from insiders etc? or is he out in china? i also saw an sdcc special version (chromed purple drum was one of the differences while on my phone the other day) which i'm not interested in but is this one of those metroplex deals where the sdcc one comes out first and then th emass release? -

i want every toy in this line but i will be lucky if i can even get a preorder in for any of them. :-( i guess there is always ebay on release if NY doesn't get anymore in.

my first transformer wasn't marketed as one...it was a "diakron" (diaclone) lp500s supretuning. it wans't until i watcehd the cartoon a yaer or two later that i realized he was a red sunstreaker. the first TF branded TF i had was a g1 starscream. -
god this things costs a lot. i was actually thinkint it'd be around $225 not $300+. still i'm in on the rest of the SHF avengers so i'm getting it. so is this an exclusive or will it be availble fo wide preorder on 5/29? and by wide i mean harder to get lol. should i just go with NY to be safe?

this thing is just looking better and better. kinda wonder if i should keep my old unknown soldier vf-0a. Would it be a nice contrast as the "canon fodder" variant vs. Shin's "custom" 0A or will they look too different together. i've already decide te old 0S is getting replaced though...i'll probably have that up in the sales thread as soon as i get around to finding the darn instructions for it. lol

thats a lot of blue for shin's valk. they seem to be interpreting the darker greys as blues. i like the painted proto scheme people are preordering based off of more than the current one. from mmm
